Stayed in Wadebridge en route to North Cornwall after a gruelling 360 miles in one day. Spring Gardens is a pleasant cottage B & B located near to Wadebridge town centre and a stones throw away from the River Camel. Rooms are spacious, if not bit tired, then again you can argue that's all part of the cottage charm. Our... More

Having Failed to find accommodation in Wadebridge on the night of 27th August during my cycle from Land's End to John O'Groats to raise funds for Help for Heroes, I was directed to Spring Gardens by a local pub. I was tired and wet when the door was answered. I asked for a single room for the night and explained... More

This is a picturesque 18th (?) Century merchant's house, which has lots of character but is fully up to date. We stayed in the room with 3 beds that someone else was unhappy with. Not us. It was fine, with a shower and a basin, plus a second shower and a toilet for our sole use a couple of yards... More

We were touring the SW with family from Canada and wanted to show them the best of Britain. After a day at the Eden project and before a morning in Padstow, we stayed at Spring Gardens. Beautiful house with great hosts Steve and Jennifer. Great breakfast with loads of options and the rooms were really clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Arrived in padstow hoping to find a place to stay, but no luck popped into Tourist information shop who located Spring Gardens in near by Wadebridge for our one night visit, A lovely 16th centuary cottage, where we were very welcomed by Jenny ans Steve, had a lovely nights sleep, with breakfast made to order, we found a little cracker... Stopped at The Spring Gardens bed and breakfast by default as there was nowhere else available. However, to our delight we dropped on a little gem. The guest house was very homely and Jenny and Steve the owners went out of their way to accommodate us both. The room was quaint and comfortable and was en suite. The morning breakfast... More

Stayed here for 2nights while down for a friends wedding. The room was clean and tidy and they provided a travel cot for us which fitted in the room nicely. The breakfast is excellent with loads of choice and is all cooked to order. Jenny was lovely, and our daughter loved her cats and dogs! Overall a great little b&b... More

We just got back from staying at this B&B as we were there for 3 nights, so we could go to a friend's wedding. The B&B is a really lovely old cottage and is decorated really nicely inside. Jenny & Steve were very welcoming and our room (the pink room) was so nice and felt quite luxurious. We had everything... More

We booked to stay here but decided not to stay for a number of reasons. There were three beds in the room and nowhere to put our luggage, a shower in the corner of the room and no toilet despite being described as ensuite. The bed springs were popping and it was not comfortable. It is an average b&b which... More
