Stayed last Friday/Saturday nights. Shown first floor double bed 'King Room' steep stairs very narrow corridor. Told Kate I had booked twin and I have just confirmed my lap top says twin. Anyway we secured twin room on ground floor. Loo/shower very small and toilet disposal system very noisy. Breakfast ok but not happy picking menu night before.. Situation good... More

We chose this hotel as we were looking for a base where we could walk to the pub in the evening, but could explore the east coast and birdwatch during the day. Our room was a garden room, which opened out on to a patio area. This would be great in the warmer weather for sitting with a glass of... More

We stayed at Arch House for 2 nights for a short escape. My husband and I both love bird watching, so we were pleasantly surprised by Arch House's great location - inbetween several reserves, next door to holkham & with easy access to the CoastHopper bus, stopping right outside the front door! We did bring our car, but we felt... More

Stopped here overnight while walking the Norfolk Coastal path. The Arch house is a very nice, clean and tidy B&B, the room we had was one of the ground floor rooms out in the garden. Well equipped with all the amenties that two tired walkers need after a long day on the trail. Breakfast was more than sufficient for us.... More

Stayed here with my Mum, two aunts and cousin for two nights as we were visiting Holkham Hall for their Christmas weekend. The hotel is easy to find, the welcome was friendly and the rooms are lovely. Really enjoyed breakfast, lots of choice and it was all great. The day at Holkham was very good, the decorations and trees in... More

We had a two night stay. Don't be put off by the slightly forbidding frontage - it is lovely inside. We had a garden room which was immaculately clean, very comfortable and well presented. Breakfast is excellent and the three people I came into contact with during our stay were friendly and helpful.

We arrived a little late but the welcome was lovely, the room was beautiful and had all we needed. A lovely breakfast in the morning and all so relaxed. Thank you to the lovely lady who dealt with us.

Got a good welcome to the b and B. Stayed in the 4 poster room which was well decorated and fine for our 2 night stay. We filled in the breakfast form the night before which is usual practice in a band b. I do not mind this at all as it makes it much easier to give a time... More

We chose Arch House for a long weekend in WellsNTSea based on reviews on this fine website. Once again they were fairly accurate & my opinion of Arch House will pretty much echo them. WellsNTSea had been recommended to us by several friends/family for a weekend visit & it didn't disappoint; plenty of good walks, some great coastal scenery &... More
