The young hosts, Kelly and Scott, are energetic, enthusiastic and have thought of pretty well everything. We had an upstairs twin, Saltmarsh, compact [there are bigger double rooms if you need one] - most attractively and practically laid out with all one needs, good beds, bedding, lighting and bathroom, sufficient and handy storage space not cluttered up with trinkets or... We stayed here for 2 nights while walking the Coastal Path and would thoroughly recommend it. It's a little way back from the quayside, but that's no bad thing as it gets very busy. The room we had was perfect with a huge, comfortable bed and massive flat screen TV for essential viewing! The shower room was petite but perfectly... More

My partner and I have just recently stayed at the Armeria, and it was one of the nicest b&b's we have ever stayed in the owners Kelly and Scott were lovely making you feel very welcome as soon as you arrive. We had the double room at the front of the house which spacious and spotless clean with a view... More

Just returned after staying three nights at Armeria B&B. Kelly and Scott are excellent hosts. They made us feel very welcome and nothing seemed too much trouble (including buying special dairy free spread for my hubby's breakfast and sorting out a firmer pillow for my bad neck!) We tried different cooked breakfasts each day and all were excellent. They have... More

Kelly and Scott have only recently taken over this B&B, but have already made their mark. Kelly made us feel very welcome, and gave us good advice for an evening meal. The rooms were immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was really excellent. The location was easy to find, close enough to the centre of town, but nice... More

Stayed for 2 nights during the Peddars Way/Norfolk Coast Path walk. Kelly and Scott couldn't have made us feel more welcome. The rooms were excellent and cleaned every day. Kelly served a great breakfast, the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon were top class. Although a 10 minute walk from the town centre, it was well worth the effort. If you... More

Stayed here for a weekend break for my wife's birthday. Loved the B&B. It's on the edge of town, but only a 10 min walk to the high street pubs and restaurants. Very friendly, great advice re local area and excellent room. Good breakfast, but the sausages weren't the best, although they where from a local butcher. Switched to salmon... More

So glad you enjoyed your stay and would visit us again. I was away during February and suspect your sausages were Smugglers and not Wells - the Smugglers are usually prepared by special request and are very salty/spicy so I am really sorry this happened. Hope you will try again - Wells sausages are usually very popular. More

I have just spent 3 weeks in this bed and breakfast and it has been excellent. Rooms are warm and very comfortable, and cleaned every day. Due to the nature of my work ( offshore) I was sometimes leaving very early or very late according to the tide !! Katy who was looking after the place whilst the owners where... More

The Armeria is run by Cheryl & Bob who were very welcoming and friendly. It is easy to find being just off the main A149 that runs through Wells and there is plenty of parking space. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a well appointed en suite shower room. There is a very nice lounge and conservatory for... More
