Our recent stay at The Old Rectory was excellent. We have stayed here 3 times before and keep returning when we visit Norfolk. It is an outstanding B & B, very comfortable, clean excellent all round. Clive the owner makes you feel very welcome. Situated near the park, and in walking distance of Kings Lynn. When we returned to our... More

I have stayed here a few times now and I am always really happy with our stay. The rooms are modern and clean. Very good facilities. Loads of space in the rooms which was good as we had a travel cot in the room too. The rooms feel very homely. The full English is lovely and not fatty. Then there's... More

I stayed here with my collagues for 5 nights in November 2013. Clive really set a high standard for the future b&b:s. We had all 3 top floor rooms and these were all gorgeous. Two of the rooms opposite each other were huge. The other one was smaller but had a huge bathroom with both bath and shower. The b&b... More

The price for one night was only £65 and the next morning we had an excellent breakfast. If you need an evening meal then try next door at... More

I spent three nights at this B&B recently, having first confirmed by email that I required a ground floor room. The owner, who answered the emails, confirmed that he had a suitable room on the ground floor so I booked and went for a long weekend to King's Lynn. Sadly, on arrival the rooms were all up or down several... More
