I stayed at this hotel for a business meeting over two days. The bedroom was good, spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. We ate our lunches in a buffet style restaurant at the front of the hotel. The food was very disappointing very poor choice and badly presented. Breakfast was acceptable but not to the level one would expect... More

When me and my partner arrived behind the hotel it wasn't much to look at. But as soon as you hit the square infront it's hard not to smile. We were made welcome the second we walked in with friendly faces and smiles. As we headed up the extravagant stair case behind us we found it hard to make it... More

We booked this accommodation for a group for the weekend and then my husband and I stayed on for another night. We had a separate dining room for our group with a choice of dinner menu and the waiting staff coped brilliantly. We have a fussy bunch and not one of them complained about anything, rooms, drinks, food, the whole... More

I spent a weekend at this lovely hotel with my mum, we had booked a weekend deal so food included. The lovely reception staff kindly upgraded our room as my mum is a returning customer, Rada in particular was very welcoming and friendly. The room had a lovely relaxing feel to it and was extremely clean, as was the whole... More

Just back from a night in this hotel and I was disappointed with the amount of noise in the place. Let me explain for some daft reason I hear low level buzzing and this affects my comfort- however the air conditioning units for the downstairs? were on and this made a noise upstairs and secondly the false sealing on the... Legacy have spent millions restoring this grand hotel on King's Lynn's market square. But they have skimped. Grand entrance and dining room lead on to bad mattresses, poor lighting, cheap wine, expensive food, kit that doesn't work. It's a mix of the magnificent and the meretricious. But my room was cheap so shouldn't complain. Seems a pity though to spoil... More

We took advantage of the special deal to celebrate a birthday and see the ballet Swan Lake, just across the square. Excellent room, very clean. The meal in the restaurant on both nights was second to none and service was very good. Our only reservation for such a good hotel was that it would have been perfect if we had... More

Just back from an Easter break at the Dukes Head Hotel. We booked a three night deal at £199 including dinner on the first night. The evening meal was fantastic. The hotel restaurant is very intimate and the service was excellent. The Lithuanian waitress was very helpful. Our room (on the second floor) was more than adequate. It was a... More

Lovely welcoming staff and fantastic food really make this a great spot for a weekend break. Set in the peaceful market place - a short walk from the river - there's a sense of bygone coaching inn charm while inclusive of most of the amenities you'd expect from a modern 4*. The room (310 - a twin) was pleasant and... More
