Stayed at the Dukes Head for 2 nights. We were researching our Grandparents past., they owned a tailors shop which is now underneath Sainsburys car park! Shame but that's progress. Lynn is full of history if that's what rocks your boat, the old part is well kept, unfortunately you have the rest I lost count of charity shops which seem... More

We booked a classic double room but was a little disappointed ,it was small, but ok for a few nights, breakfast was very good,we had a champagne afternoon tea for 2 in the cost of our weekend stay,it was very nice but at £39.90 for 2,I Would not have paid that price for afternoon tea.

Great location in front of the Tuesday Market Square, whoch does not have a market... Rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Food is good and varied; the Afternoon tea is copious, so make aure you are hungry beforehand. Prices are not a bargain, but offers can be found. Beware that the car park is behind the hotel, on Chapel street, and... More

On arriving in our room, we discovered that there was still some maintenance work not finished and the room hadn't been cleaned properly, but this was very quickly sorted and we were moved to another room, which was even better than the first one! This room was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The bar area was very comfortable, very friendly... More

Really pretty hotel in sleepy Kings Lynn, rooms were very comfortable, a little on the small side but who cares? The market place is gorgeous, you wouldn't believe the place is a port, sitting outside in the evening sun with a cold beer and this hotel facade as your backdrop felt really quite special. Staff were friendly, perhaps slightly inept... More

Kings Lynn is a little rough at the edges, but this hotel in the centre (Tuesday Market Square) is perfectly placed for looking around town or visiting the surrounding area. A good stopping off point for Sandringham and the coast! Kings Lynn has a lot of history and so does this hotel It is a very historical place with staircase... More

Recently spent an enjoyable one night stay at this comfortable and pleasant hotel, located in the centre of historic Kings Lynn overlooking the Market Square. It is ideally located for touring coastal places of Norkolk and very near Sandringham House. All good from the start, with convenient free parking at the rear of the hotel and helpful reception staff. We... More

We stayed here overnight whilst touring Norfolk. We were exceptionally lucky to get the last space in the car park at the rear of the hotel. When this is full patrons have to use the pay and display to the front of the hotel. From the rear car park it is necessary to walk round to the front entrance which... More

Had a two night stay here with champagne afternoon tea in with the deal. This is a lovely place to stay, bed very comfy and room a fair size, glad of the lift though as the staircase though lovely was a bit much with luggage. Right in the middle of town and very imposing .would definitely recommend a stay here
