We arrived at The Manor for a 4 day break and were pleasantly surprised to see this charming low level hotel on the edge of town overlooking the estuary and peninsula and then the sea. There was an aura of calm everywhere including the hotel, which made us feel relaxed. Our 'garden' room was large, very accommodating in everyway and... More

Some friends and us booked a "blakeney break" with the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyable, very peaceful. Great location, very well placed for walkers/twitchers! The staff were very pleasant and nothing was ever too much trouble. The rooms we were given were both spacious and clean. Very pet friendly hotel and next time will certainly contemplate taking our dogs with us. Hotels... More

I don't understand what some people reviewing on here expect! We stayed for two nights prior to the May Bank Holiday. Although we have stayed in Blakeney and North Norfolk many times over the last 15 years, normally with the kids, this was our first time in the Manor. Rooms were excellent having been re-done following the floods (2013) and... More

An excellent place to stay. Although only a two star it was as good as most three stars at which I have stayed. Efficient and friendly service by all the staff. Restaurant breakfast menu had very wide choice including both kippers and haddock which is rarely found in four star hotels. Evening meal very enjoyable and well presented. The whole... More

Great location and excellent for dogs. Phone reception terrible and no wifi so be warned! Room service not the best as looked as though they left halfway through. Staff very friendly, good breakfast, prices reasonable and good vegetarian options on menu. Elderly clientele and no children which is a plus for us. Loads of hot water. Definitely worth a visit... Just home after spending a long weekend, three days, at this great hotel. Everything just as described on the website, nothing too much trouble for the hotel staff. All our meals were delicious, evening menu changes daily, promptly served by delightful staff. We have a dog and our room was just perfect, she was allowed in the room whenever we... More

We had a three day break at the Manor. The staff were very helpful and the food was wonderful with large portions. The rooms are reasonably appointed with a good bathroom. The Manor has a good bar and separate coffee area/ evening lounge, for residents. There is plenty of parking and it is very close to the harbour and the... More

What a lovely setting in Blakeney just along from the Quay. I was amazed how quiet the village was when walking back to the hotel in the evening after a night with friends at the local pub. Blakeney is a beautiful village well worth walking down the high street to take a look at the quaint little houses. The Blakeney... More

We stopped on Monday for a bar lunch, four of us. My wife wanted a Caesar salad without the chicken, and they said fine, offering extra anchovies. Before it was served they asked if she wanted bacon on it. When it came there were no anchovies at all, a great ball of stuff that looked like coleslaw but in fact... More

As a family, we decided, last year, to repeat a visit to the Blakeney Manor hotel. The 3 day break that is offered throughout the Winter, is ideal, and very good value. The living accommodation is more than adequate and the menus for evening meals suit most tastes. The staff at the Manor are all very pleasant and nothing is too... More
