Called in here last year and had very good lunch plus a very helpful member of staff, upon request, showed my wife their rooms. So we stayed for 6 nights this month and had a lovely time. Booked B&B but ate in every night such is the quality of the food. Cordon Bleu it ain't but the ingredients are fresh... More

Panicking for a place to eat when we came across this very busy but wonderfully friendly pub. "Sit where you can" but then guided through find a suitable table. Food was basic but well cooked and presented. Washed down with excellent and well kept real ale. Overall this place is worth visiting just for the friendly staff.

We had a fantastic meal, all fresh food, even the children's fish fingers were fresh fish battered as fingers. Child and dog friendly and welcoming friendly staff. Going back again tonight. One child plate cleared says it all 😀

We stayed at the Kings Arms last weekend and had a great time, room very comfortable, food in bar terrific as mentioned previously in reviews, fish & chips were enormous and delicious! Very good value for money, my husband enjoyed the selection of beers too. All in all we would recommend this pub to anyone who wants a night or... More

We escaped from the cold North Sea wind to grab some lunch here on a Saturday. The pub was busy, but there are lots of little tables all over the place so we managed to squeeze in. There are a great selection of specials, with lots of local fresh fish and seafood. We had a chowder, which arrived promptly and... More

We landed at the King's Arms on Sunday lunchtime as a group of 13 having only had the briefest of telephone conversations a few days earlier. We were greeted and remembered. The service was excellent as was the food and drink. Highly recommended

On cold January evenings we found a good choice of well kept real ales and large portions of tasty, excellent value food. There was a good mix of locals and visitors on both nights that we visited. If you are seeking a real pub, which are becoming increasingly rare on the North Norfolk coast, this is the place for you.

Spent 3 nights here in Jan 2015. Even though it is a pub, bedroom was spacious, clean and quiet at night. Food was plentiful and nice. A great location to stop in if you enjoy walking. Would stay again if in the area.

The best toasted ham and cheese sandwich we have ever had in a pub. On a raw day,a friendly welcome, and a delicious sandwich helped to make weather seem less cold! A pub that is always busy in Summer, nice to visit in Winter and be well pleased with meal and service.
