We escaped from the cold North Sea wind to grab some lunch here on a Saturday. The pub was busy, but there are lots of little tables all over the place so we managed to squeeze in. There are a great selection of specials, with lots of local fresh fish and seafood. We had a chowder, which arrived promptly and... More

We landed at the King's Arms on Sunday lunchtime as a group of 13 having only had the briefest of telephone conversations a few days earlier. We were greeted and remembered. The service was excellent as was the food and drink. Highly recommended

On cold January evenings we found a good choice of well kept real ales and large portions of tasty, excellent value food. There was a good mix of locals and visitors on both nights that we visited. If you are seeking a real pub, which are becoming increasingly rare on the North Norfolk coast, this is the place for you.

Spent 3 nights here in Jan 2015. Even though it is a pub, bedroom was spacious, clean and quiet at night. Food was plentiful and nice. A great location to stop in if you enjoy walking. Would stay again if in the area.

The best toasted ham and cheese sandwich we have ever had in a pub. On a raw day,a friendly welcome, and a delicious sandwich helped to make weather seem less cold! A pub that is always busy in Summer, nice to visit in Winter and be well pleased with meal and service.

Our second stay at this dog friendly pub on the north Norfolk coast. Fantastic place, friendly and excellent food. Walk the coastal path to Morston , visit the seals at Blakeney point or just take it easy in the pub ! Food served throughout the day.

Stayed here with my husband for two nights when exploring the Norfolk coast and its interesting birdlife. The Kings arms was welcoming with staff who were hard working, friendly and courteous. We feared it would be noisey but although the pub was busy our room at the top was quiet with views over the saltmarshes. The food was plentiful and... More

Being a cynic, I expected this to be either done up to the eyeballs in Farrow and Ball or a rundown old boozer. Not a bit of it; As it was a nice day we sat outside, but go inside and it's like country pubs used to be, with lots of nooks and crannies, good beer (and cider) on tap,... More

As my regular readers will know, I love this county! I especially love staying here! Despite a few areas that have needed improving, people will still come and stay here! The charm never fails to impress me, the friendly staff are so lovely. The food is delicious! On our recent visit we found a brand new power shower & it's... More
