We had the oak room experience,overnight stay,use of the spa,Orangery lunch,afternnon tea basically everything!!! and i couldn't fault one thing!!!! Check in was quick and easy. My room (222) was beautiful, very spacious with a big bathroom. The bath was lovely and deep and filled up quickly with very hot water.
