Very friendly, helpful staff, comfortable accommodation, and good food. Although close to a busy road, the bedrooms at the front are remarkably quiet and give a good nights sleep. It's not the Ritz, but very good value for the money.

Had a great stay here. We booked to go to the Hand & Flower which is a short distance away. Reception were welcoming and accommodating as we needed to check in early. Our room overlooked the Park and the monument outside. For would be visitors it may be worth pointing out when looking for the Premier it is probably easier... More

Stayed here for 1 night, as we were booked into the hand and flowers. Car park is only 2 minutes walk away and reasonably priced. On arrival at the hotel we were greeted by a friendly receptionist, who was very helpful. Our room was ample enough for a nights stay, and overlooked the park, was nice and clean, and bed... More

To clarify the title to this review, we had reason to complain over a serious matter relating to the cleanliness of the bathroom only discovered when getting ready for bed. The reception staff were advised first thing in the morning and although the matter couldn't be resolved there and then, we subsequently received a refund on our stay which in... More

Stayed at his hotel to attend a wedding held at the 'Complete Angler' Hotel. Marlow. The staff were excellent, room was clean, comfortable and quite. No on site parking available but there is public parking (Pay) not to far away. Food available at breakfast was plentiful, well presented and delicious.

As ever it was clean, bright and functional. The reception team were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Better greeting than we have had at most hotels where we have paid double the price. Breakfast was a bit entertaining. It was busy and they were struggling. The food was good and lots of choice. The staff were friendly... More

We stayed at this hotel to visit The Hand and Flowers. The restaurant was just a ten minute walk from the hotel, through the pretty village of Marlow. The location is great for shopping and the riverside, which is beautiful. After our meal we had a few drinks in the bar, which had a good selection. The staff were polite... More

Let me get this out in the open straight away, we complained and got a full refund. But that for me isn't the point. When we checked in we were informed we would have to have what Receptionist called "their special" room. She warned it was fully functional just small. We were forewarned. We made our way to room "6"... More

This is one of the best premier Inns we have stayed at. We stayed in room 15 on the top floor which was a good sized room with a huge bathroom. Very clean, staff friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was really nice and plentiful and served to you rather than buffet style. Also in a fabulous location.

Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Hotel and room well maintained and spotlessly clean. Room rather small but well equipped and comfortable. The corridors were very narrow and pose a problem for larger people. The corridors were rather maze-like. This was not help by absent signposting for way out/hotel reception. No info in room re evacuation route in the event... More
