I stay in Premier Inns a lot, mainly on business. You always know what you are going to get and they fulfil a need. However, this hotel was rather disappointing. I had room 5 which was incredibly cold. I asked the receptionist for an electric fire which she brought. On entering the room, she remarked on how cold the room... More

Usual Premier Inn formula for a budget family stay however far surpassed expectations, all staff offered great customer service, couldn't do enough to help, heaters for rooms, printing google maps, extra towels etc, breakfast so well organised, other more prestigious hotel chains could learn a lot from them. Fab location (Marlow is foodie heaven) and always managed to park really... More

I stayed here for 4 nights 8th February on a business trip. The two receptionists (Sharon and Carla) were a pleasure, always smiling and cheerful ensuring that every need was accommodated. Other hotels could learn a lot from these ladies. The building is Grade 2 listed so quirky in terms of winding corridors and stairs. The rooms are really well... More

We were passing Marlow and decided to stop there for lunch. The George & Dragon appeared closed but we tried the door and found the restaurant to be virtually empty. It was a split decision as to whether we walked out again but decided to stay. We had the most delicious lunch. I had a gorgeous chicken and leek pie... More

We were staying here as we were dining at The Hand and Flowers restaurant, a 10 minute walk away. It is a small, charming hotel above the George and Dragon. Although the room was not large, it is to be expected in such an old building. It was clean and comfortable and had everything you need for a short stopover.... More

Chose the hotel as we were dining the next day at The Hand and Flowers. Warm welcome on Reception with offers of additional heaters for the rooms as the weather was so cold. Staff very helpful about the nearby carpark. Room clean and comfortable and a hair dryer was provided as the rooms were being upgraded. Marlow a delightful town.... More

I stayed here while on a business trip. Firstly the location, excellent and right in the middle of charming Marlow. The room was perfectly fine and very quiet at night. The slight downside is lack of dedicated parking which is tricky since Marlow seems designed for access by car only! During my 3 days I managed to get parking right... More

Stopped over on the way to Heathrow Airport. (Flight was later in the day so appreciated the 12 noon checkout). Family room was great, (proper beds for the kids makes such a difference), everything in order, and even though we went down for breakfast right towards the end of service we all still ate well with no complaints. Staff were... More

in marlow for new year at signature restaurant, with the family. not a purpose built premier, but a conversion of character building over pub. staff excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. son needed more heating, supplied quickly. rooms fit into the character of the building, not the usual one size fits all premier. son had a very good traditional english, cooked whilst...
