My wife and I had a lovely couple of days here in early January. Sheila and John are both very welcoming, room was immaculate, breakfast cooked to order - loads of choice and at a time to suit us. Marlow is a beautiful town with loads of great places to eat and drink. Would highly recommend this B & B... More

We booked Oak Tree B&B as we were visiting the Hand and Flowers to celebrate my mum's 70th. We were very warmly welcomed by Sheila and John. The rooms were comfortable, immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable too, we slept really well :-) The breakfasts were freshly cooked to order in the morning and... More

My husband and I stayed 4 nights at Sheila's and John's b and b.Lovely homely place to stay. Felt very relaxed here. Room immaculate and breakfast perfect. We stayed for 4 nights and walked The Thames Path in gorgeous Autumn weather. Sheila very welcoming. Very quiet place to stay. Slept really well. Definitely recommend it. Very comfortable, friendly and well-appointed B&B about a mile from town centre. Nice touches like complementary toiletries, bathrobe and room safe were much appreciated. More choice for breakfast than normally found in a B&B and well cooked. A great find.

My wife and I just returned from this B&B after having stayed two nights in beautiful Marlow. It was my wife's 30th birthday and we were attending The Hand and Flowers restaurant as a treat. Sheila and John were extremely welcoming hosts and did everything to make the occasion special. On my request Sheila had purchased a bottle of champagne... More

Stayed at Oak Tree B&B earlier this month for 1 night when at a wedding in the local area. The house is lovely and we were made to feel very welcome by the hosts - it really does feel like a home away from home with lots of nice touchs in the rooms. The double room we had at the... More

I recently stayed with Sheila & John Budd in their welcoming home in Marlow for one night, and would have liked to stay longer had I been able to. My room was very clean and comfortable and Sheila had thought of everything needed right down to cotton buds!!! Their information book in the room was excellent clearly covering everything anyone... Spent 4 nights here, the breakfasts are superb, the hosts are friendly, informative and very helpful. Our room was quiet and comfortable, Wi-Fi is good. Just a short walk from Marlow centre and there's a small post office and convenience store just down the road. Would stay here again without hesitation. Thanks Sheila and John.

Whilst working on a contract in Marlow, I stayed here - for almost three months, Sun-Thurs. I can't thank Sheila and John enough for making it feel like a home away from home. I will especially remember sitting in the garden one sunny, spring evening taking photos of the red kites as they swooped into a neighbours garden. Thank you... More

An old university friend and I have done 4 long weekend walks (average 30 miles) a year since 1997, and so have stayed at some 135 b&bs all over southern England. Oak Tree b&b was a serious candidate for the number 1 slot: clean, well-appointed, everything done well. Sheila and John Budd were also most friendly and welcoming. They run... More
