We have just arrived back from a 3 night stay at the Littlecote Hotel, (when I say we, I mean14 of us) and we all had a fab time. O.K., there are a lot of older people there, but even they need a break sometimes!!! We always found something to do, day and night, just go with an open mind,... more

Four of us in our ealy 60s have just returned from a 4 night mid week break and I think some of the negative critics on this site must have been staying at a different hotel. We found the service excellent. All the staff were friendly and our particular waitress in the dining room (Table 6) couldn't be faulted. Nothing... more

We are a couple in our 30's and went there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had read some of the reviews previously so we were expecting the majority of the guests to be of an older generation. We had a standard room, which we felt was below par for the price we paid, and talking to some of the... more

Our son & daughter gave us a present of a 3 night weekend to this pricey hotel for our birthday. They paid nearly £200 for an upgrade to a Royale room which they thought was in the old house & included a night at the medieval banquet. We got a room in the new part, which was nice enough if... more

Well where to start? This is a hotel that caters for the MUCH older guest. Right from the outset we were met by facilities that suited the infirm and those requiring 1950's home comforts. The bank of mobility wheelchairs, adverts for tea dances and staff who although pleasant spoke to their guests as if they were hard of hearing and... more

We stayed here for our 5th wedding anniversary on a 2 night break. We booked the Warner break because it was the school holidays and we didn't want to be around children. The hotel was lovely. We stayed in the new building in an Ambassador room, which was very clean and well equiped. We used the swimming pool , which... more

We accept that Warner breaks do attract a lot of older people, but that is less true on weekend breaks. We had a great weekend (70's theme) & the entertainment was certainly the best we have seen in a long time.(Bay City Rollers & Abba tributes). We had a job to get on the dance floor (not because it was small) &... more

Warners..please advertise your business clearly.Over 21s? Try over 70s! My wife paid £300+ for this two night stay as a gift for us both to have some time away together,a lot of money in these hard times i think you will agree. We arrived at the hotel Monday afternoon and drove into the carpark to be met by a "sea of... more

Went for a long week end experience break (Rock and Roll). Difficult to fault the whole break. Had a standard room but it was newly refurbished and clean. Food in the large restaurant was excellent and carvery, which was an option, is recommended. The rock and roll training (optional extra) was excellent with a very patient instructress! Evening entertainment was... more
