Had lunch here recently and overall it was OK, I would like to try again as maybe it was just a bad selection on my part. The pub itself is very cosy and smart. They have a good selection of draft beers. The food: Starter of Mackerel was very good and looked very pretty on the plate with a variety... More

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Lambourn. It is situated just off the M4, junction14. So is very easy to find. We had lunch and dinner in the evening. The food was excellent, though expensive. We stayed overnight. The bedroom was very well furnished, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was... More

Good service, food and beer. We were served quickly and the food didn't take long, perfect for a lunch break. It's very convenient as a meeting place being so close to the M4 junction 14. The food is superb, restaurant quality and not silly prices. Will definitely be using it more in the future.

What a find ...delicious really nice cooked food in comfortable surroundings two minutes off the M4. The team couldnt do enough to be helpful. We didnt use the overnight accomodation but certainly the restaurant was very good.

I cannot compliment The Pheasant Inn enough. From the warm welcome and hospitality we received from the manager Kelly to the ever helpful Chris assisting with us printing on departure to the subsequent fabulous assistance in returning lost property by mail the following week enabled a long awaited and treasured family get together. We think you are awesome!!! Rooms were... More

This is what a proper pub - Inn is all about, great Ale, Wine List! And really good food. What other pub has Chateau Cissac........ This is good. And don,t be put off by numpties that don't get or understand food, this is a proper restaurant. Go and try it out make up your own mind, it really is good

Booked a small double at very short notice and then needed another room for my auntie which the lovely waitress sorted out no problem. The room was gorgeous, spotlessly clean and modern with fresh coffee and milk, bottled water and a beautiful bathroom! Food was delicious, staff were warm and welcoming. Thank you very much, especially to the waitress with... More

Really nice pub with recently renovated contemporary decoration and good service, but really let down by tasteless food. The menu is really nice and interesting and whilst the starter was nice, both our main courses were tasteless and disappointing. Chicken Kiev with no garlic, in effect plain chicken in breadcrumbs and cod dish which sounded great on the menu but... More

We stopped here for breakfast on the way back to London after spending a night at the Days Inn Hotel in the services area nearby.Having a proper cooked breakfast seemed a better idea than the fast food you can get at the services and we definitely were not let down. As a group of 7 people we were served quickly,... More

Fantastic restaurant (and small hotel) set in rural Oxfordshire. Food was amazing and reasonably priced, the staff were very friendly and helpful too. Ideal venue for a meal for two or with friends and for a celebration/event, as it also has accommodation. Cannot wait to go back!
