When i stayed at this hotel it was 99% populated by German people, very few of whom could speak English. The kids club was run by Alltours which is also German speaking and my english speaking 4 year old daughter was not allowed entry to the club unless i stayed with her. This place seems to get very mixed reviews! My guess is the good reviews are from those who stayed in the front part of the hotel. Avoid the apartments at the rear of the hotel. Definitely NOT 4 star. We have had a few holidays abroad and in the Canaries, usually cheap and cheerful and we don't like to complain.... more

Just returend from this hotel and its not good for british familes.Everything was in German IE shows at night,kids entertainment we were put in a small Irish bar with a karoke on every night other than that the food was ok.It will never be a 4 star hotel so if anyone is thinking of going DONT!! more
