How can this be advertised as 4 star! The room we had was nice, spacious. Staff very polite and friendly. Well, thats the good stuff over! The pool was freezing. I was very wary on arrival having read one or two not so good reviews about this hotel. When we arrived at the Hotel, we were through reception, wearing our all inclusive bands, and in our room within 10 minutes....Faultless.... The room was exactly how i thought it would be.
