This was our second time at the Roca Nivaria - the first being in 2006 not long after it opened. What was really special was that they remembered us and we were upgraded to a superior suite on arrival - we had booked a junior suite. This is a great hotel, especially for families. Its a shame that the resort its in is terrible, but there is a free shuttle bus to the sister hotel and there are easy links to other resorts.
