Bacon everyday for breakfast?..why?..this clubhotel is in Spain(Canary) not in UK. with such a large selections of fish dishes, chesses, chicken beef and pork you cant say that the food is not good. the waiting staff very friendly. A special remark to Pasquale. the location is a little bit remote but if you have a car you dont even notice that. more

.Hotel Facilities,Staff and Rooms were up to the usual Riu standard, in fact our room turned out to be a suite with lounge, seperate toilet as well as a full bathroom. The access for wheelchairs (my wife) was pretty good, the lifts excellent and the pool areas and the dining room again very good. I have to say we were very... more

Having just returned from this hotel i feel i need to let people know that it is not like any other riu we have stayed in. We could not fault the staff, animation team or cleanliness but found the food standard very poor. Breakfast was the best meal of the day. What happened to the snack bar, seems they only... more

This was our third trip to what used to be the Dunas Paraiso, but is now the Club Hotel Riu Buena Vista. It was a surprise trip for the kids and a bit of R&R for me and the good lady. We booked through Travel Republic which basically meant we got a mountain view room in Block B, Room 726.... more

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday as i celebrated my 40th Birthday and 13th Wedding Anniversary. From the moment we stepped off the bus and walked into the hotel the staff couldnt do enough for us. We were upgraded to a villa overlooking the sea with breathtaking views we thought we were in paradise. My daughter, her partner,... more

Stayed at Riu Buena Vista with my mum, 58 and my sister, 42 and i am 25 and we all loved it. The Hotel was lovely. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were great. Rooms were spacious and always kept clean, special touches like the swan made from the towels and flowers made from the tissues added that extra... more

THE dimming yellow sun’s rays slide across the calm ocean surface and even smoother bright blue swimming pool water and reach as far a table where I’m sitting and drinking an ice-cold Spanish beer. The rays, even as night draws closer, are still warm as I sit shirtless taking in this marvellous view (pictured above) - the kind many people... more
