I recently stayed here for 2 weeks, it was an awful experience. So bad in fact I tried twice to get flights home early. However in the interest of writing a balanced review, I will start with the good points, as there were one or two! Pool - is quite large, clean, heated and generally very pleasant. There is also... This place is horrible. We booked through RCI which obviously guarantees you a decent 4*. First of all there is no airconditioning, in August, where the midnight low is 75 degrees F. The ceiling fans are LOUD and shake as if they are coming loose out of the ceiling. Unless you have earplugs you will never sleep with the constant... More

We have stayed at some lovely RCI Affiliated resorts over the years, all over the world and this is right up there with the best of them Beautifully presented Apartment, in lovely gardens. Apartment had Flat screen TV's in lounge and all bedrooms, with DVD players. Not too many stations, but you can borrow free DVD's from reception which went... More

This is an excellent resort for families and couples. Apartments were spotless - even the sofas - which in other resorts can be a bit 'iffy' with stains, these sofas has white cotton covers which I assume are changed for each client. Pool area, reception spa and restaurant, all extremely well looked after and cleaned VERY regularly. I even witness... More

We were staying at the Neptuno apartments across the street from Regency Club, but a couple of times we sneaked in to use their superior swimming pool (but we didn't feel guilty because we bought lunch and plenty of drinks each time to justify our being there!) The swimming pool is lovely because it is a "freeform" shape and the... More

Professes to be Balinese but service is just so far from the mark compared to Balinese establishments. Food in main restaurant awful, service there was appalling, time to deliver food was just unacceptable with over a 45min wait and management did not respond to complaints. Don't ask staff what is in the food if you have allergies as they do... More

We stayed here in Feb 2014 as a time share. (2 adults & 2 girls 8 & 9). 2 bed apartment was lovely...clean, modern.. (Although the bathroom smelt of damp!). Pool was clean and there were plenty of sun beds. Staff were great, very friendly, bar prices cheap. Entertainment was hit and miss would stay here again!

Stayed at the Regency Club for a timeshare exchange. The hotel is fairly good for Tenerife standards, but it is definitely not a gold star RCI resort. The bathroom is really old, with a hair dryer not out of place in a museum. They have tried to tidy up the lounge to their credit, but the settee was all ripped... More

We stayed at Regency Club one week in November 2013. This club is good place for many activities that we can do in Tenerife - relax by the pool, stay on the beach (only some minutes by walk or bus), play golf (several golf courses), relax in wellness area, fittness, go on trips around the island. At the club is... More
