Just come back after a week at the Sheraton and it was fantastic - really quiet I would say about 30% occupancy which meant you didn't have to reserve a sun bed around the pool! We went with friends who have a daughter the same age as ours and had the club rooms on the 5th floor which had great... more

We upgraded to club rooms and they were undoubtedly fantastic - huge bathrooms, balconies with wonderful sea views. We were on half board and I wasnt sure how sensible that was initially but once you've dined there you wouldn't want to eat anywhere else! Staff were excellent - especially the girls who organise trips! more

Costa Adeje speaks for itself as it is an elegant part of Tenerife in which to stay. From the moment we arrived in the airy Sheraton we were made to feel most welcome by the reception staff. Stepping into the cool, spacious lobby was a treat from the hot July sun. All staff were attentive and we particularly enjoyed our lovely... more

I looked at the reviews of this hotel and thought maybe I won't bother as everyone seems to be saying the same thing. Hotel beautiful, food great, pools beautiful and not freezing!! Staff wonderful. The only down side is the cost, take a full wallet. According to the Manager the prices are dropping on 8th July, don't know by how... more

Spent one week at this hotel mainly to rest and enjoy some sun. Booked all-inclusive (which is basically full board+), was upgraded from a superior to a premium room; worth the additional few hundred spent for the AI & room. However make sure to learn the specific rules for AI! Checking the bill after a few days proved useful in... more

This is the second time we have been here. Good location nr to Playa del duque or La Caleta in the other direction. With the Pound suffering against the euro, this really exaggerated the prices even more for drinks and food at the hotel and in the Adeje area. 12 euros for a toasted cheese sandwich at the hotel is... more

We were able to book this hotel for a good price on alpha rooms. It got very good reviews and seemed far enough from the bit of Tenerife we dislike to be worth a try. We have stayed in this hotel two years in a row now (Sept 2006 and Sept 2007) so I will cover both stays in this... more

we arrived at the sheraton at 10pm and the check in was painless. spotless reception area and quick efficient staff. I asked for a room with a sunny afternoon balcony, we had room 356 - lovely view and sunny from about 1pm and well into the evening. All the rooms at the sheraton are the same size - delux/superior/premier/club -... more

This hotel is lovely, it is nicely set, with lovely restaurants, an airy lobby and 2 pools. The staff were very helpful and all the rooms seem to have balconies. The breakfast which was included in our package was great, lots of choice, both hot and cold. Being able to sit around the pool and being served to a respectable... more

My boyfriend and I (in our 30's) stayed at this hotel for a week-long spa break in the sunshine April/May 2009. From the moment we stepped in to the moment we stepped out we were treated like VIPs by every member of staff we encountered, at reception, the spa, the person handing out the sunbed towels, maintenance engineer, housekeeping... all... more
