This hotel just hit the spot. The location was faultless. Places to walk to, beaches so close you didn't have to pack bags to go, marvellous views... Unfortunately, we couldn't see the views from our room as we were "upgraded" to a larger room with a lovely view of a wall. I was going to complain but in the end... More

We stayed here four years ago , we liked the hotel and area so decided to go back. We use the Riu hotels regularly. This hotel is fantastic. The standard is still very high. There are now more British staying at the hotel. The staff are fantastic very attentive but do not encroach on your relaxing holiday experience. Food is... More

Date of Holiday 16th - 30th July 2010 The Riu Palace is a very good hotel, yes we have visited the Tres Islas which is exceptional but this still meets the high standard of the Riu chain. Food and Rooms are good, the Krystal Restaurant is worth a visit, we used it three times in a week and although there... More

My husband and myself have just come back from the Riu Palace and we enjoyed our stay throughout. I work in events management, have been to a few hotels around the world and I would definitely be happy to come back to this one . The Riu Palace isn't a particularly stylish hotel, the rooms are very average and the quality... More

We spent one week here in early July. The hotel is very clean and well presented. We had already stayed at the Riu Palace in Mexico and hoped to find the same elegance that we had there, and were not dissapointed. The restaurant is large with breakfast buffet style and evening Buffet or table service you choose on the evening... More

The RIU Palace Tenerife is still a good hotel, but I have stayed here a number of times over the last five years and you can see things are not quite what they were. Firstly, the food used to be brilliant, a real treat that you looked forward to at meal times. Now it is well presented, but pretty average... More

What can I say, this is one of the best hotel's I have ever stayed in. The staff are extremely polite and helpful, you get the feeling they really enjoy their work! From check in, when your bags are taken to your room and your given a couple of welcome drinks, to check out, this was holiday was a great... More

This was our 4th visit since the hotel opened, when we last visited 4yrs ago the standard and quality of food had declined, no longer was there a gala dinner but it was still better than average. This time the quality and choice had declined again and was only slightly better than a standard 4 star hotel in Tenerife. Even... More

We had a week, 22nd to 29th June at this Riu Palace in Adeje and whilst we quite liked it overall, it was simply not as good as the Riu Palace Tres Islas which we stayed at last September which was, in hindsight, near perfect in every respect. The waiting staff, bar staff and reception staff were all very good... More

Having Read all the reviews on the Riu Palace we were expecting something special, we were not dissapointed. We were upgraded to a Suite on Level 5 which was a huge bonus and treated to Champagne Flowers and Fruit on 2 occasions, we were on honeymoon so this was a nice surprise. This is definately the best Hotel we have... More
