Had a great 2 week stay at this very lovely hotel. We had room 433 right at the centre of the hotel with great views out to sea and up and down the coast and over the very beautiful grounds. We paid extra for a bigger room and ended up in the basement with a brickwall as view. Aircon not working very well /at all and it´s not acceptable, we tried to change room with out result. Cell phones were not working in the /outide the room and neither internet. Never again! more

This is a good 4* hotel in a beautiful location in the south of Tenerife. The breakfast buffet and evening meal buffet are varied and generally of good quality. My girlfriend and i stayed in the Riu Palace in mid August and had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The Hotel is clean with attentive staff that are always willing to help.
