Family holiday - travelled on 8th Feb 2008 Booked through Thomas Cook Ages - 37,35,14 We have just returned from a somewhat short stay at the Riu Adeje. I can safely say this is the worst holiday experience i've ever had. This is never a four star rated accommodation, and it was advertised as being in Playa De Las Americas... More

We have just returned from a 2 week stay in Riu Adeje, Aparthotel and we could not have had better service. We had a 1 bedroomed apartment, which we did not expect, since we booked standard rooms. Daily cleaning service & fresh towels were provided , bed linen changed twice weekly . The staff were helpful, friendly & efficient. Huge... More

My fiance and I stayed at the Rui Adeje for a week with Thomas Cook self catering. We were pleased with our apartment as was quite big for two people and it was all clean, the maid would come in every day although if you was busy she would come back later. The kitchen had a microwave, cooker, kettle, fridge... More

My husband and I, along with our two teenage daughters stayed at the Riu for 7 nights on 26th October 2007 on self catering basis. We got a good price through their web site for a 1 bedroomed apartment ,with the girls sleeping in the kitchen/living area on camp beds. Must say the camp beds were much better than what... More

This is a very good Aparhotel - and take it from somebody who has travelled widely. We booked directly on the Riu website and got a good deal. Getting there from the airport was absolutely no problem via taxi at airport (25 euros). Check in - no hassle, if a little formal - understandable though. We arrived late evening and... More

This hotel is more like a small village than a hotel, with 'bungalows' arranged around a large pool area. Even has street names for the walkways around the site but very little else in the way of signs/directions. They do give you a 'diagram map' on the key holder folder but very little else, we kept finding new things during... More

Found the Rui Adeje very clean and comfortable, Okay the paint work and some of the floor tiles were in need off replacement, but the apartments are spacious, clean and with plenty of utensils, that said the bathrooms were in need off refurbishment but again they were very clean which more than made up. The pool area was clean and the... More

We are a couple who've just come back from 10 days in the much needed sunshine. We landed at 3 in the morning and were given a map from reception and vague directions to our villa 550. Do not stay in this room! It's very dark, on the ground floor in a forgotten and unloved part of the complex. I... More

We knew the location of these apartments and had had a wander around Reception a few years ago, so sort of knew what to expect. I booked the apartment direct and it was very easy to do so. Hotel confirmation arrived via email and then on arrival straight to Reception where payment was taken by credit card and our suitcases... More
