I'll not repeat what everyone else has said about the layout and choice of accomodation; I wouln't be adding anything. Staff excellent all round whatever their capacity from cleaner through waiters to reception and management. Breakfast choice excellent, well prepared and plenty of choice. We had evening meal once and were a little disappointed. The dishes did not quite match... More

We have just had a lovely week here. We had a bungalow, which was a one bed apartment in the low rise section. Accommodation fine for family of 4. We were near the pool, which I liked. It is a medium size complex so if you were high up it would be a bit of a walk. We were all... More

We have been booked to stay in this hotel for 6 months and 6 days before we are due to fly out we are told it is over booked and we can no longer go! Appalled! Offered the fanabe hotel and no way near as nice! No other options unless we pay hundreds of pounds in a surcharge! Disgraceful, you... More

Dear Family Lucas, We deeply regret we could not help you but this is to do with tour operator because they are the ones who have modificated your reservation and therefore your stay offering you the Hotel FAÑABE as you can see in Hotel, cannot be. We understand your disappointment but is the agency that finds for you an alternative.... More

Just back from the Isabel. Where to start ? Stayed in a one bed apt. Fine size, spotless and some effort made in the décor to make it less bland. Cleaned everyday by people who knew how to clean. Absolutely loved the village style layout and variety of accommodation. Although early in the season, was quite full and filled up... More

Just back from a week at Hotel Isabel in Tenerife with wife and 2 yr old. The first thing to note is that it is only 30 min away from the airport - great when you have a toddler. On arrival, the hotel looks quite new and the reception staff take your details then ask you to take a seat... More

Spent a week at the hotel/resort just to use as a base to do some hiking in the nearby hills. Went half board and with a twin apartment and found this to be perfect for what I needed. Travelled on my own but the staff were so relaxed and welcoming that it didn't feel that way the other guests at... More

The hotel can accommodate estimated between 1,000 and 2,000 guests, and operation is shown as 4-star. The vacationers come from many countries of Europe. You can hear German, English, Russian, Italian, Spanish, but also Scandinavian languages. There be many families with small children. But also couples or groups of friends can be found among the guests. The mood at the... More

Although we were only at this hotel for one night, it felt longer since there were lots of fun things to do, especially for children. My husband surprised us and hadn't told us he had booked a villa. It had two floors, a garden with chaise lounges and a hot tub (nice, but the water could have been warmer). The... More

This was our 5th trip to the Isabel and it did not disappoint. Once again the staff were wonderful, always polite, cheerful and pleased to see you. The rooms are beginning to look a little jaded but I read while I was there that all updates are having to take hotels up to 5*! And that there is a review... More
