The place itself is nice, typical holiday place, however even though the resort wasn't fully booked (there was nobody around) we were allocated in an apartment right on top of refurbishment works with builders hammering at 8 am and when with tried to complain at reception we were told off by 1 of the 2 receptionists. Also if you plan... More

A family holiday for New Year. Overall ok, the hotel is a bit tired and needs a few little works to be done. Clean, old-fashioned furniture but in good state. Nice view from the gold-room, beach just across the "promenade", quiet and pools ok particularly that of the next-door hotel Los Olivos Our only "complaint" is about the food. Breakfast... More

Very nice hotel. Clean tidy welcoming. Pools a little shaded in winter sun. Would definitely use again. The view was outstanding. Local area full of great restaurants. Parts of hotel a little tired but they are continually working on upgrading. It's just a really nice place to stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights with 3 friends. Arrived at lunchtime on Thursday to be greeted by pleasant young man who informed us that he had upgraded us from silver to gold room and that we would have a lovely sea view. We wandered around the complex searching high and low (you will be given a map then left to... More

We've been travelling to Tenerife for around 7 years now on and off, we like to stay in different sectors and break it up a little bit rather than just visiting the one resort (Tenerife is a beautiful island) We found the hotel was in the center of all amenities, don't let this put you off as the area of... We booked this complex through HomeAway - it was a privately owned apartment. The apartment was lovely. Although the complex was very nice and convenient for everything, the pools were a little in need of TLC, some of them really needed re painting, and some were in need of a good cleaning. We didn't use the restaurants or reception so... More

We had a problem with booking of this hotel, it was a misunderstanding about room availability with booking.com. The staff on reception was very formal and as an outcome we had lost around 1.5k euro without any compensation and willingness to help. Eventually, after the stress was gone, my impression is that this is very ordinary hotel with formal service... More

Pros and cons now... - ocean view and nice location - 5 minutes walk to the beach - few exits from the hotel ( towards taxi parking, side street via reception and beach embankment) -... More

Stayed here for 5 nights (20-25 May 2014). Although listed as only 3 star I was quite impressed with the facilities, which incidentally were superior to the more expensive 4* hotel up the road that I stayed in at Easter. We had an upstairs 2 bed apartment overlooking the pool area. The apartment has everything you need and it was... More
