We stayed for a week in Jardin Tropical with our 2 teenage daughters. It was a great, relaxing holiday. Friendly staff, great food (the breakfast is unbelievable !), different choice of restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel ! more

Jardin Tropical was chosen for our first holiday without the kids, we had spotted it years before and as we all do, had promised we would return once we had got rid of the money sponges! The Hotel is absolutely beautiful, as one other reviewer noted a 'Gem', unfortunately, there was a large amount of building work going on during... more

What sets this hotel apart from the majority of concrete monstrosities you'll find on the island is it's beautiful architecture and truly tropical grounds. By far the most exclusive and enjoyable part of the hotel is the beach club, where, with the pool behind you, drinks close at hand and the sea crashing against the rocks in front of you,... more

I had a room that faced the ocean - it's the best view you can get and definitely makes for the extra money you pay. You see the ocean, pool and gorgeous garden. The room was nice, the pool in front of the hotel was perfect, the other one near the ocean - perfect view, water too cold, food great,... more

We went to Jardin Tropical in our honeymoon and we it was a good choice. It has a wonderful architecture and a amazing interior. The pool near the ocean has a fantastic view, unfortunately the water is very cold. The hotel is very clean, even if the staff sometimes forgets to put soap in the bathroom :) Overall it was... more

We stayed for a week at the Jardin tropical in October 2008. This was our second visit to Tenerife, the first time we stayed at the Panorama and this time decided to stay across the road at the more upmarket Jardin Tropical. We booked it through an on-line travel agency called sunshine.co.uk who were the cheapest we could find, though... more

Just returned from a last minute week long break with my daughter. We were warned in advance by our travel agent (ASDA would you believe) that there was a problem with building work at the hotel, but decided to proceed in any case as we really liked the look and facilites of the hotel. We reckoned that we would surely... more

I decided to spend one week of my holiday at Jardin Tropical at Tenerife. Generally speaking, this big hotel complex was OK. My room was nothing special, since I did not get see view - it was clean and quiet. The sun terrace and the restaurants were fine. Annoying fellow tourists reserving their chairs were no exception in this hotel...... more

Just returned from a two week stay at the JT with my wife and two sons (aged 5 and 1). Booked the accommodation with Corona holidays after a recommendation from a colleague. Flew with XL from Gatwick. We booked a family room which turned out to be awful – a bad spot in the complex (down lots of steps –... more
