amazing hotel from the moment you arrive. impecable service and all staff dressed in traditional costume. rooms are very comfortable and spacious as is the balcony. food of a very good standard and buffet even included caviar. this has to be one the best hotels i have had to pleasure to stay in. beach is one of nicest in tenerife... more

This is the second time I've been to this hotel and it's wonderful. The staff are so friendly and efficient nothing is too much trouble. The gardens and pool areas are absolutely beautiful, the food is fantastic, especially the buffet breakfast.
