Initially I was slightly concerned about forking out ££££'s for a week with my family in Tenerife but having just come back I can't recommend this superb hotel enough. The staff, service & rooms are great and the numerous swimming pools, fantastic gardens and various restaurants ensure the resort never feels overly busy (I went during Oct half-term). My family... more

My partner and I stayed here for one week this October. The hotel is amazing, it's absolutely gorgeous! Getting there: The hotel is about a 15-20 min taxi drive from the airport. It costs approx €27 each way. On arrival: The hotel is in a gated complex and it's a small drive then up to the reception. We checked in... more

This resort was awesome. It had so many restaurants and bars, four pools, entertainment every night, as well as a beach at the bottom of the resort. The weather was incredibly comfortable and the food was great, the room was just what you need plus a king size bed. What more could you want.. The golf course Los Lagos was... more

I have stayed a few times at this hotel and each time has been absolutely fantastic. The service is hard to fault. If you arrive before your room is ready, you are offered a welcome drink in the superb lounge/bar/atrium area. The rooms are as you would expect at a five star hotel. The room showers are the best you... more

I had a lovely stay at the Hotel Bahia del Duque, travelling with my boyfriend, just outside the school holidays in September, it meant the hotel was not too busy and it was just perfect to relax. The beach right outside the hotel is lovely and with the chiringuito just a few meters away it meant you could spend the... more

Absolutely gorgeous and totally unexpected as drive between airport and hotel is unattractive and shows how over built this island is. My heart was sinking until we entered the hotel grounds. Uniformed staff, stunning interiors and magical views around everycorner. Very large room with balcony, over looking gardens and tennis courts. Wonderful bathroom. Considering this was probably an ordinary room,... more

We returned from our trip to the Canary Islands yesterday and this is my first review I've written on Trip Advisor because The Gran Bahia Del Duque on Tenerife is now my favorite hotel of all time (I have done extensive travel to more than 50 countries over the past 25 years, from 1 star to 5 stars) . Please... more

We stayed for a week in August with our 8 year old son. This was our first visit to Tenerife and our hearts sank as we travelled from the airport past miles of concrete. The resorts are not attractive. The hotel is well screened from the surrounding concrete and access is limited to guests only. The grounds and pools are... more

We stayed in Grand Hotel Bahia Del Duque for 10 days (8th-18th August) and enjoyed very much everything about the resort. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a complimentary welcome drink. The room (479) was clean, bright, lovely decorated and had an amazing view over Bahia Del Duque Beach and hotel's main swiming pool. The buffet breakfast (included in... more
