Another trip to the hotel, ten nights in Casas Ducales. Staff not the general "we are here to make your trip amazing attitude" The hotel is really cutting back on the finer points. My wife and I were there from 5th to 19th April and was very disappointed that fr a 5 star hotel the swimming pools were freezing even the one that was heated. “Excellent Hotel and Service”

We stayed for the 8th time in this beautiful hotel. The staff in the hole resort is very friendly, especially in the Restaurant "El Bernegal" an d the "Beach Club" Restaurant.
