Had a lovely time at this hotel, it was clean and well maintained. On arrival one of the rooms was not ready and reception staff are not helpful, very poor service there. Really enjoyed our stay, the food and cleanliness were excellent. We were on the top floor so had to use 2 lifts. Staf very friendly, good games during the day but at night the entertainment was very poor even the professional artists. Can't fault the hotel, just the entertainment! more
