We go back to Island village every year as the accommodation has everything you need in it. The appartments are spacious even though a bit dated, everything works and if not reception are very helpful and get it fixed. With Iceland now on site you can shop locally and still eat what you like in the UK. Taxi stand right... More

We exchanged a time share into this accommodation, and after reading some of the reviews I was concerned. On arrival our welcome at reception was by Rosa and very helpful and friendly. We were allocated 125A, the walk up to this apartment showed clean tidy paths, well kept garden areas, however the apartment itself was not up to the usual... More

Thank you so much for your constructive review. I am really happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay and that you appreciated our friendly & helpful staff. We are gradually trying to update the apartments and do apologise for any noise from building works that disrupted your first few days. However, I am gald that you enjoyed the remainder... More

the photos speak for themselves - we had a villa near reception and were told by some people who stay regularly that ours was one of the best on the site. As soon as we went into the place we could smell damp and mould - this was coming from the bathroom but also came into the bedroom as well... More

We own a timeshare in Wales UK and exchanged this year to Island Village. We were very disappointed with this resort. Everywhere looked very shabby and outdated - the kitchens, the bathrooms and all other furniture and fittings needed upgrading. The resort needed a huge makeover. The shop was closed even though there were some groceries available at reception. The... More

I first stayed at island village over 25 years ago. At that time the resort was excellent top quality fixtures and fittings and it stayed this way for a few years. Sadly it went diwn hill and now looks as if no money has been on it in the last ten years. The main pool is lovely but again sadly... More

we were offered a bonus week by interval international (we own a timeshare in the USA). Obviously the availability was limited and essentially we were after some sunshine so we took what we could get. The weather was superb as always.. the timeshare was disappointing. Cockroaches and 'cement' ants everywhere and extremely shabby bathrooms and kitchen which needed quite a... More

Me and my friends (29 years old) have just returned from all inclusive, I was happy with this hotel, there is no buffet option, you order what you wont (all inclusive) from the menu and it arrives fresh. The rooms are very large with own private garden and Jacuzzi, only downfall was when you order it may take longer than... More

We went there in Christmas and stayed till January the 3rd. This place is amazing! I totally fell in love with our house and the area! I had a feeling, that I came home, as it was my personal summer house! Very spacey, Ocean view and 2 pools, plus sun_bathing zones! The kitchen is very well equipped, even with crystal... More
