I loved this place. Our room was white-washed with Morrocan style furnishings, clean and well-sized. This pension is well-placed for Tarifa's cafes and bars, and about a 15 min walk to the beaches. There was a great place selling bocadillos (big sandwiches) - perfect for lunch (to eat in or take-away - just round the corner. The only downside with... More

There were 2 couples staying and we were both amazed by our rooms. Basic but clean and substantial in the middle of the old town. One thing to note is that it is next to a church were the bells ring every quarter of an hour all night. As for value for money we feel it cannot be beaten. It... More

We stayed here for two nights on arrival on the ferry from Morocco. The location is great - in the old town just a few hundred yards from the ferry terminal. Restaurants and bars are close by, and the staff is helpful and available when needed. It`s not fancy, but it`s clean and functional. It was easy to catch buses... More

Terrific location within the old city walls of Tarifa. Very quirky building with steep stairs, but full of character. Beds were comfortable. Heating could be improved, but there were extra blankets so not too much of a problem. Clean rooms and Marie at the front desk was very helpful.

Very close to the ferry terminal and heart of the town. A great budget hotel. We didn't mind the stairs going up to the 3rd floor. We had the whole roof terrace to ourselves. Room is great, and shower very good. No breakfast included, but close to many restaurants and grocery stores.

This hotel is in a fairly old building with plenty of character. Unfortunately, this means it lacks a lift and that the stairs are steep and slightly worn. Although our rooms were on the second and third floors, we didn't have problems handling our luggage, because the manager carried most of our bags both when arrived and when we left.... More

A great budget hotel but not suitable go hose who find mounting steep, narrow staircases difficult. There also was a step don into the bathroom which could be difficult for the less-active. Conveniently located for the ferry to Tangier and the great restaurants and bars in the old town. It is a manageable walk to the bus station.

Great location and great staff. Luca was very helpful and spoke English. We had a private room, bathroom, and terrace. This charming hotel is close to everything: Port, restaurants, bus station, beach, etc. Noise did not bother us but keep in mind that this hotel is in the middle of all the action and right by the cathedral. I would... More

We arrived at pension correo late at night, after the doors had been closed but having been in touch with the manager we knew we just needed to ring the doorbell and someone would come to open. I was surprised at how quickly we were actually let in and checked-in. For 90 eur/night (cheaper rooms are available) we were given... More

Stayed 2 nights before and after a day trip to Tangier. We chose the triple room so as to have more space and it was basic but good value for the price. A bonus for us was that the room was on the ground floor - we didn't venture upstairs but it looked as though it might have been a... More
