This is a hotel in very nice gardens and friendly staff. The rooms are a good size but very basically furnished with pretty well worn furniture. This place was peaceful,quaint and child-friendly which suited us perfectly. The beach is about a 20-minute walk away but you have to negotiate across a very busy/dangerous stretch of road. Once on the other side it's a pleasant walk/cycle to Punta Paloma beach. I always prefer self-catering and as there are no restaurants close-by it is the best option. There... More

Me my wife and 2 dogs stayed for 5 days in January. The room was basic, clean, kitchenette was sufficient and the log burner was a great added bonus. The grounds were lovely and the staff really friendly even though we spoke no Spanish and they spoke no English but no probs. All in all we had a great stay.... More

great place only 10/15 minutes walk from stunning beach ideal for kiteboarding and surfing...perfect spot for mountain bike rides and/or walks into the Mediterranean forrest ...other activities such as horseback riding are also offered but we did not try. This small and cozy hotel is really near the beautiful surfer´s beach Punta Paloma. Extremely quiet and pleasant, and away from cars and tourist noise. Mountains in the back, sea in the front. Just spent 4 very pleasant days at Cortijo Las Piñas. The rooms are simple but nicely furnished. It is pleasant to have a small but adequately equipped kitchen included. Very nice place.Incredibly good to have rest.Not so good if you intend to have a lot of fun.Location is marvellous.Personnel was helpful.Would be much better if you have at least some Spanish.
