Check out a restaurant called La Biznaga next door: go INSIDE for cheap, tasty tapas (you can't get the tapas portion by sitting outside). We loved the sideways view of the Mediterranean from our balcony. Our double room was big and pretty, and, although the Balcon de Europa is a popular tourist spot, it was quiet at night. It was just a two-minute walk down a stone-paved path to a beautiful beach. Good air conditioning. more

This hostal is so nice and the location so perfect that I really don't want to tell others about it! Their "Balcony of Europe" location is the hub of Nerja. From the small balcony of our very clean, nice room with full bath, we had a partial ocean view. Excellent value. more
