The best thing about the hotel is the location, in the centre of the touristy area around the Balcon. Arrived on a very hot and humid saturday and looking forward to our short weekend break. Reception staff were polite and very friendly. We were told that we had been upgraded to a rooftop room with our own terrace as luck would have it right next to the mini rooftop pool! We chose this hotel after reading the good reviews on here. Oh dear that was a mistake. I wasn't impressed at all.
