We needed an hotel on the east side of Nerja for just one night and the Hotel Al Andalusia fitted the bill perfectly. It is just off the motorway, near a junction, near the entrance to the Nerja Caves, close by the seaside village of Maro and a few minutes by car into Nerja. It would be an excellent place... More

On the last day of our trip we tried the excellent paella and various salads which were served by the friendliest staff ever, speaking several languages fluently. We were so sorry to leave, so don't miss it!

We've enjoyed staying there several times. Convenient location off the highway, no noise, very clean comfortable rooms, lovely buffet breakfast + lunch/dinners available, staff was most friendly, nice pool, easy walk to The Caves at Nerja for shows in Summer and two minute drivre into Nerja for choosing among 300 restaurants! Always enjoyed our stay at Al-Andaluse Hotel

A large group of us spent one night at this charming hotel, we had two lunches and one evening meal which were all delicious and piping hot, there was lovely salads or soup for starters . The continental breakfast had a large choice of meats, cheese, yogurts jams, fruit and rolls, croissants and bread you could toast yourself, tea and... More

Budget hotel with nicely decorated hotel rooms and with some sea views. The hotel has a big parking plot and an outdoor swimmingpool. The breakfast is cheap but okay and for dinner they have a 3-course dinner of good quality for cheap price. Although the interior could be cleaner, it is good value for money for a couple of days... A quiet and well-located hotel, central to the city and all the interesting sights in the area - especially to mention the famous caves of Nerja. The staff is friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is nice and with good facilities and the rooms are well furnished and neat. Easy to find as straight of the motor way.

Good value hotel for the money. Basic room and facilities. Ideal location for walking in the mountains or along the coast. Food was good with plenty of choice and reasonably priced. Close to motorway which was a bit noisy during the day but OK overnight.

Stayed for one night at a function in the hotel. Room was small with tiny balcony overlooking motorway but fine for our purpose. Cool season so windows mainly closed, if not then the noise from motorway would be terrible at night. We don't like clingy shower curtains. Stair from first floor down has no indication or banister, could be dangerous... More

We have stayed at this hotel several times. Staff are pleasant? Rooms basic but clean. Lighting in rooms need addressing as very dark. Breakfast is typical continental. Evening meal cooked to order and on the whole good. Some areas are in need of decoration in particular the Reception - looking very tired? The bar area needs updating. Could do with... More
