The hotel, location, service and food were good. We were quite disturbed that the hotel charged 9 euros a night for parking our hire car but didn't inform us of the charge when we arrived. We have just returned from Hotel Balcon de Europa where we had a most enjoyable few days in the sun. Our room looked out to sea and was spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and Nerja is a lovely little town for a visit. We'll certainly be back. more
