The apartments are quite recent, having been finished in 2008, so everything is in very good condition. The apartment was spotless when we arrived, and it's set on a quiet location, just a few minutes walking to the nearest beach and to a couple of supermarkets.
It is in walking distance to the centre of the town as well, although a bit more far from Burriana Beach.
However, when we arrived it was not so easy to find the Apartment block because the street is just for pedrestrians and is divided in two; even the locals were confused about the location, which we then found to be right at the end of the road, at the furthest west side of the town.
One needs to get the key from the agency on the corner of the building, or from the house in front, since the agency was closed most of the time.
The apartment was big enough for 4 people, preferably 2 adults and 2 children. Loads of channels to choose from and in almost any language, as there is Sat TV.
