Travellers arriving by car can park in the secure basement parking with its entrance immediately next to the hotel. The ramp is rather steep, which will make longer vehicles 'touch-bottom'. The hotel is within a short and pleasant walk from the city centre. Don't forget to visit the stunning cathedral. Big oldfashioned typical Spanish hotel with beautiful marmor floors. The... More

This is a long established hotel in Jaen but it is quite grand inside and certainly good value for money. Location is good and it's really handy for the bus and train stations as well as the museum and shopping areas. There's underground parking too.

We had a great spacious room which was a surprise for a city hotel. No Balcony, but a great view over Victoria Park. Location was excellent for accessing all the historic areas. Breakfast was included in our room, but as it was in the restaurant with other non residents buying from the menu, it was not made clear what was... More

Great Hotel perfectly located in Central Jaen, we have been staying here for 10 years now and always enjoyed our stay. We are made to feel very welcome by the warm and friendly staff. Our room is always comfy and clean with great views over the town. There is a new bar and resteurant which is very modern with great... More

The hotel's in a really good location, between the historical centre of Jaén, and the new 'bulevar' area, so we couldn't fault it for that. However the facilities were very basic, and the hotel's really in need of renovation. There were car park facilities underneath the hotel, which you had to pay for on a daily rate, but it was... The bedroom was reasonably well furnished, but the beds were very short so my 6 foot legs hung over the end! There was only one thin bolster on each bed, and no extra pillows provided. It was very hot when were were there (early September), and the air conditioning proved unequal to the task of cooling the room, which stayed... More

The hotel looks old-fashioned and so do the rooms. The A/C is not very powerful and in Andulacia in July that is a big issue

Walked off street and booked this hotel with little research and was pleasently suprised. Great location in centre of town, on a busy road but had a room at the back which was very quiet. Reception staff helpful, Garage avaiable at reasonable rate of 11 euros a day, breakfast included in 86 euro a night rate and all in all... More
