Booked the holiday last minute and found the hotel spotless and a bargain for just under £70 a night for 3 of us. We were on the 1st floor on the 1st night which we didn't sleep well in due to the idiots in the rooms either side of us banging about until the early hours, we was moved the... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here in a basic studio self catering apartment for a week. The room was clean however we had three single beds in there when we arrived rather than a double which would have been preferable. The room didn't include air conditioning but was available to purchase as an extra for €5 per day which we... More

We have just come home today from veramar though a little bit dated was a good place to stay. We had room 400 which was fine for three of us a separate bedroom and pull down in living room. We had air con in our room which in July with temps between 35 & 40 degrees was fantastic. Though not... More

We stayed at this hotel in July at an amazingly good price for 3 nights. The hotel was amazing value and was what you would expect for the price if not abit better. Although the rooms were dated, tatty and slightly broken the staff were helpful. Services at hotel were very limited however it's defiantly good for somewhere to lay... More

Me & my friend have just returned from a weeks stay at veramar. We were a bit sceptical at first but we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are big & clean, the beds are comfy, there is plenty of room & the balconys are all pool view! The staff were very friendly especially the lovely men working behind reception. The... More

First things first it may be old but the standards off cleanliness and friendliness off all staff are 1st class. Negatives 1st . Rooms possibly require updating for a 3 star it does what it says on the tin. Lifts are a pain. Aircon in room not the best but does cool slightly! Had to ask for bath plugs. And... More

The hotel has a decent location about 5-6 mins walk from the beach. The hotel is very dated and sparsely equipped. There is a small pool and simple restaurant. The rooms are decorated very cheaply and are tiny. Our room had a shabby microwave sitting on top of an old fridge. Even though it describes itself as a apart-hotel it... More

Can't go wrong with this place. Every one polite. Room spacious and clean with bath and enclosed shower. Balcony overlooking pool which is children friendly and big enough for a daily swim. Good pool bar with reasonable rates to the local bars. Can not fault for the price.... spot on with polite english speaking staff. the bakery opposite has a... More

Excellent staff/reception etc.good location for beach and all things central. Balcony but no air-con in rooms. Be aware wifi only free to use unlimited in reception area. May buy wifi for apartment at a cost of approx €4 per day per device. Plenty shops and a supermarket very local, baker with fresh bread and delicious cakes. Many eating places walking distance.
