We're in our mid sixties & returned on the 10th July. The Thomson coach dropped off first at the Yaramar less than half an hour from the airport (and picked us up last for the return). Resort on the flat, many guests used mobility scooters. Lovely clean sandy beach, pebbly along the shoreline. Good points first. Swift check-in and cases... More

We had a great holiday,as usual, at the Yaramar. Booked as a package with Thomson. Standards have dropped since last year. Tea and coffee facilities in the room is appaling. Nats tea and decaf coffe strips with powdered cream, undrinkable. Take you own, milk either nick from the buffet bar, or get longlife milk from nearby shops. First thing you... More

Had a week stay at this lovely hotel, okay there are area's where it is a bit tired but that doesn't detract from the overall ambience of the place. Thomson Gold hotel and ideal for the older folk and those with mobility problems as it's right on the promenade and no steps to hinder getting around. Food always of high... More

Have just returned from staying at this hotel for three nights. The rooms are nice, but could do with updating a wee bit. The free wifi was great and worked very well in the rooms. The breakfast was great, very English and probably one of the best we have had in a Spanish hotel. Cannot comment on any other meals but should... More

Had a brill time the first time I came about 4 years ago. A lot if the staff are still here and still smiling away and friendly. My daughter loves it here. She's one of probably 3 youngsters here at the minute. No one under age if 16 is allowed. Quite a lot of the guests are elderly and they... More

Just returned from a week’s stay at the Yaramar and all in all it was a very pleasant week. The hotel is in an excellent location in what seemed to be a pleasant area of Fuengirola, with lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. The beach was very clean with plenty of sunbeds at a very reasonable price to hotel... More

I stayed here mid-June and had a fantastic week at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and lovely, particularly in the dining room in which we were always warmly welcomed. The location of the hotel was very good as well- across from the beach and only a short walk from the shops and bars. I was actually surprised at... More

Stayed (again) for 2 weeks in early June' 14. Excellent hotel - yes it is a little dated but who cares when the service is top class, the staff as friendly as ever, the location ideal and the Thomson's rep the best I have met in over forty years of travel. The only thing I don't like about the hotel... More
