Just got back from this hotel 16th April 15. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. This hotel has just been taken over and was still being decorated. We spent the first night on the 5th floor with a sea view the view was lovely but was noisy with traffic and the sea we were cold as well,blankets... More

My husband and I visited the El Puerto, Fuengirola in February 2015 we have previously stayed at this hotel and found it to be clean, friendly staff, good standard of breakfast generally good value for money. However the hotel is in the process of being renovated to a very good standard, as we had one of the renovated rooms. It... More

First impression looked promising..wanted to put us on 16th floor, managed to get one on the 6th at the back overlooking rooftops. Only just enough room on the balcony. The only good thing is that the tiny room had been refurbished and the cleaners came in every day. The room was very cold, then heating was switched on the seconds... More

Stayed in hotel el puerto with my 3 sisters for 5 nights. Worst experience ever in a hotel. Cockroach in bath, filthy, unsecured, unsafe room. Reception of hotel gives good first impression and then it just goes down hill from there. Lift is what I imagine the first ever lift invented is like. Slide the door by hand to close.... More

Dear client, Thank you for having taken the time to share your experience with us. The hotel is being entire refurbished for a better comfort of the guests. WIFI signal is available in the entire building, when we have high occupation, the signal is shared with all the guests, so sometimes it can be poor. The cleaning service is firmly... More

we were so lucky to have a refurbished room with a great sea view. Food was very varied and although I wasn't brave enough to try the rabbit, my friend did and said it was so tasty! The hotel was spotless so top marks to the cleaners. Roof top swimming pool was amazing but there were a few steps to... More

Just back from a week at the El Puerto Hotel. This was a last minute booking and the reviews werent that great but as we were only bed and breakfast we took a shot. Well, it was a bargain, the hotel was in the best location and our sea view room was just the best overlooking both the beach and... More

Just a quick review to publicly thank Fernando the reception manager! Our clients staying at the El Puerto Hotel had accidentally taken a set of golf clubs belonging to a man staying in a hotel in Marbella.... Fernando went out of his way in his own time to deliver these clubs to the hotel in Marbella, so as not to... More

Me and hubby stayed for 3 nights, first impressions are not fantastic, staff ok, but some could do to smile a bit more, house keeping staff lovely. The best part of the hotel is the roof top pool, it is amazing, and the pool guy is really nice and friendly. We were half board, but had breakfast out after the... More

I've just returned from a 4 day break in this hotel. I had read the reviews before booking so knew what to expect. our room was number 127 & we arrived on the Friday evening.
