We stayed here before Christmas and this hotel is perfectly fine for the price. Its centrally located and everything is a short stroll from the front door, with numerous bars, restaurants, clubs and shops nearby and the sea, with lovely beaches, across the road. While the location was excellent everything else about the place is quite run of the mill;... More

Upon checkin staff was unfriendly and bad at speaking English. Rooms are sparsely decorated and the style is very old, shabby Spain-ish. Balcony is nice though. Rooms have almost no free plugs for electricity. I only found the one for shavers in bathroom and the two used for fridge and tv. Wifi is not complimentary and is slow. Price for... More

I've stayed in the hotel both as a private rental and on half board basis. The private rental was on the front of the building and had great views of the marina and enjoyed watching the fishing fleet leave in the early morning and return. If you like afternoon sun then request room with a view of the pool. We... More

Good 4 Star experience, clean and tidy, breakfast plentiful with a fair choice. Perfect location for restaurants bars and takeaways. Group of 8 senior golfers playing local courses this was an excellent base. Would recommend this hotel to young and old.

Stayed for one night as needed quick booking for business. Listed as a 4 star, not sure how. The rooms are very dated, old TVs, old uncomfortable beds. The bed in particular was very cheap. In my room 519, there was a significant draft coming from balcony despite door/window being shut. Draft was significant enough that the curtains waved during... More

We stayed 2 nights. The rooms and the hotel need to be renovated. The air condition had an on/off switch and was very noisy. The breakfirst buffet was ok, except the bread as was dry and not fresh. The room was clean with an old TV. 4 stars in 2015?? Maybe 3 stars.

My parents were staying at this hotel last week and what most people don't know is that half the rooms are privately rented apartments. The hotel says it does not provide services for the rented apartments but are still happy to take money from people in the bar. to cut a long story short, me and my two elderly parents... More

We have stayed at Las Palmeras several times and like its central position and that it is easy to get to by Renfe train or by bus. We enjoy walking along the promenade and of course the little restaurants down by the harbour. If you like shopping the local shops have many leather products and shoes and there are some... More
