Theoretically multi-lingual but most reception staff must have missed that bit of the training along with the customer service bit! Male staff in bar all very pleasant and happy to use English or assist my stumbling efforts in Spanish. We requested a disabled access room ie walk-in shower, and a south-facing room but got neither. Changes could be requested but... More

this hotel is rated as 4 star but realistically it's 2 star at best. Location: whilst it's close to the sea, it is in Fuengirola's red light area and the guys can expect to be accosted each evening, often with "ladies" loitering immediately outside the hotel. Immediately across the street is a nightclub. If clubbing isn't your thing, you'll have... More

I keep returning to this hotel because it's cheap and in a good location. Every time I visit Im amazed by the attitude of thos checking in guests - if I was the sensitive sort it would exasperate me. Plenty of people on here complaining about the evening meal - it is poor, I always book Bed and Breakfast, the... More

This is a mix of hotel owned and private owned apartments. We arrived to find we were in what they call 'the towers' round the corner from the main hotel, rubbish pool not hotel one, horrible dark ally to access entrance.

We booked this Hotel thinking it would be good. Right on the front. Superior room overlooking the marina. Walked in no hello all the person behind reception wanted was the payment, asked for key for safe had to go back twice to get it.The room was clean cannot fault that but dated, old tv, 2 channels for brits.Stayed in a... It's right on the sea front, friendly staff, very good service, plenty of choice of food, although it's not very hot, rooms are large and comfortable, but no coffee and tea making facilities , also check which room you book as some have nay very good views, or the front can be very noisy in peak season

We have stayed here numerous times, the breakfasts are really good with plenty of choice. Hotel rooms large and comfortable with a small fridge to keep your drinks in. I would certainly recommend this hotel for it's cleanliness and central location and just across the road from the beach.

On check in there was one member of staff trying to both check in and check out a large number of guests. There was no welcome words no smile in fact you were made to feel a bit of a nuisance for being there. Our room was on the side of the hotel it was cold and dark we had... More

We stayed here before Christmas and this hotel is perfectly fine for the price. Its centrally located and everything is a short stroll from the front door, with numerous bars, restaurants, clubs and shops nearby and the sea, with lovely beaches, across the road. While the location was excellent everything else about the place is quite run of the mill;... More

Upon checkin staff was unfriendly and bad at speaking English. Rooms are sparsely decorated and the style is very old, shabby Spain-ish. Balcony is nice though. Rooms have almost no free plugs for electricity. I only found the one for shavers in bathroom and the two used for fridge and tv. Wifi is not complimentary and is slow. Price for... More
