Visited 27/12/14-04/01/15 Found the hotel to be very poor, quality of food was terrible and always cold unable even to get the water hot enough for a cup of tea. The rooms were not in a good state as plaster was falling from walls, and were very noisy both internally and from bars and night clubs in the street unable... More

My partner and I stayed here for three days over the new year period and I am glad it wasn't for a week, first the reception staff were miserable and very un friendly, one person in front of us and waited for ever to be checked in with no apologies. The rooms very tired and dated, and the hotel itself... More

The hotel is very central for every thing, no need for a car. The rooms are very basic , you will need to ask for more pillows as they are very thin. When it states tv it's all German , Spanish or CNN news don't expect any movies or soaps . The furniture is very basic.more like a hostel than... More

I found the hotel was well located near waterfront and the commercial area of town. The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. Some friends' rooms were located on the same side of the hotel as the main entrance and they complained of high levels of all night noise from the clubs/pubs opposite which kept them awake. There is a... More

Hotel was very busy and if you eat dinner late, some food had run out. The problem I have with this hotel is the... More
