We stayed two nights in this Hotel, I note that there has not been a review for some time for this Hotel, so I can confirm that this is an outstanding Hotel for both character and service. We drove to the front door of the Hotel and unloaded our luggage and the receptionist gave me a key to the underground... more

The hotel is located in a very difficult alley to find (didn't find it with the most updated GPS device.). You have to block the alley to unload your luggage The hotel got no parking. The public parking place is 500-600 meters away!!! and they charge you for 11 euro per day. The acoustics is horrible! You can hear the... more

The hotel is steeped in history and is decorated in a classic style. The rooms are all situated off a beautiful courtyard. We had a junior suite which was very spacious and well appointed. It was quite good value compared to other places we've stayed. The big negative was that there was no parking at the hotel so we had... more

This has to be one of the best hotels I’ve been to for character and ambience. The former palace of a Count, it feels like it still is. It has a beautiful internal courtyard with a fountain, the corridors are decorated with antiques and frescos, our room was spacious and beautifully furnished. The downstairs café/bar is very atmospheric but it’s... more

Stayed here for one night (28 September) at the end of a 2-week trip to Andalucia. I'm sure that the restoration of this historic building is extremely authentic, but that does not necessarily make for a good hotel and we found our night there a thoroughly depressing experience. Access by car was nigh on impossible, so we had to drag... more

The hotel was situated in a one way street which was extremely difficult to find (badly sign-posted) and in fact we eventually iarrived at the hotel from the wrong direction. We expected parking facilities near the hotel ... but in fact the PUBLIC parking facilities were a considerable walk away. After our long walk in considerable heat we enquired as... more

This is a smart and comfortable hotel in the centre of town but accessed via a cobbled pedestrian way and subsequently surprisingly quiet. The entrance is into an attractive courtyard, and the whole building is a combination of historic character and modern and efficient facilities. Staff are welcoming and well organised, and the location is perfect for exploring the town... more

We only stayed here for one night, and only booked in room only....bit it was lovely. It doesnt have any facilities of its own (a cafe was advertised, but didn't seem to be open), but this was not a bother at all, because its location in the middle of this town was great. The best thing is the room -... more
