The hotel is well located near the major road crossing Algeciras, but the room we had at the rear was nonetheless very quiet. The hotel is decorated in a traditional Spanish style but is perfectly functional. Some of the decor could do with updating a little. The staff were very friendly and helpful, although we struggled with the local accent... More

Great hotel. Had a rustic touch to it. The bar was very nice. Very friendly staff. Internet connectivity was an issue in the corner rooms.A little far from the city, everything was a Taxi ride away. Overall a good experience.

I used this hotel due to pet friendly and it was first time. Initially, it was good hotel. Design, room constructions ... The problem was many curly hair in the bath room, washstand etc. I was really feeling so bad during shower taking. Also, if there are possible, add electric pot in the room. I think this hotel is better hotel... More

I have only knocked one star because it is, after all, on the side of the the main motorway A7 to Tarifa (ferries to Morocco) and Cadiz. We had a bedroom at the front of the hotel and even with the double glazing the noise never really stopped. Now the good bits. The parking is free and covered so your... More

We arrived early hoping to be able to leave our bags and visit Gibraltar but the reception staff were exceptionally helpful and allowed us to check-in very early to one of the two rooms that we had booked. Our 3 bed room was brilliant with 3 proper single beds, the only down-side being that the bathroom was a bit squashed.... More

I didn’t get to stay at the hotel long enough since it was just one night. The place is very modest, mainly the rooms, but neat. The restaurant serves a good food, and service is great there. The hotel is about 10 min away by car from the center. And I didn't like the breakfast much.

Coming or going to Morocco, this hotel is fantastic, not far from the harbor and very easy to find. The courtyard is lovely and it is a pleasure to enjoy breakfast. Our room was fairly sized and very clean. Fortunately the staff was still there when we arrived at 3 o'clock in the morning.

We used Alboran Algeciras as our base for day trips to Tanger/Tetouan and to Gibraltar. Hotel is located right on the main road, easy to find (we came late at night) and offers free parking for the guests. Although hotel is so close to the main road we did not have any problems with traffic noise. Hotel has been built... More

For those of us who are so used to staying in skyscraper type of Hotels, this one was a breather. Albeit a 3 star hotel, its got a lovely courtyard, and vines growing on the pillars, a beautiful Spanish setup. Stayed just for a day and loved the ambience. Food was good but a tad expensive. Rooms were clean, quite... More
