We stayed one night here before catching the ferry across to Morocco. The check in lady was helpful and took our car keys to give back to Hertz in the morning. Check in was fine and went to the room. The room itself was fine, spacious enough but the twin room had the beds pushed together so we moved the... More

Good points: Room was modern, large and comfortable. It was also clean - to a point - but the shower area really needed a thorough deep clean to remove a build up of dirty looking water stains. Breakfast buffet was good. Wide range of foods and well stocked. Not so good: Hotel restaurant is little used and it showed. Staff... More

Stayed there last weekend. Ordered a queen size suite and it was amazing. Although not much English if any spoken at all, most staff went the extra mile to find out out queries. The hotel is immaculate and house keeping is also excellent

My family and I would happily stay in this hotel again! A short, enjoyable walk to the city centre and an incredible breakfast buffet. A very good, large and modern gym to match with the modern, yet classy vibe of the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean, complete with a land scape view of the bay and part... More

I stayed here with friends before taking the ferry to Tangiers. Reception staff were very helpful and engaged, and at short notice they added a third bed to our room. The room was very clean, spacious and modern. Location wise it's a bit of a work to the ferry terminal, but it is quieter than the city centre and has... More

The location is great for day trips to Gibraltar, which is 20-30 mins drive away. (Best to park in La Linea and walk over the border, rather than drive into Gib.) Also can take ferry trips to Morocco from nearby. The hotel has a carpark underneath, which is very tight - like all Spanish hotel car parks it seems. Parking... More

I felt we were very lucky to have chosen this fantastic well located hotel. The triple room we have requested was indeed a 2-bedroom suite at a very reasonable price. There was a well equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a flat TV. The free WiFi was a great bonus. The bathroom was amazingly designed. The location was... More

My boyfriend and I stayed in late September 2014 for 1 night. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I've stayed in better $10 hotels in South-East Asia. While the facilities themselves were very nice, the overall experience was very uncomfortable and unpleasant. During our entire stay, it felt like we were intruding on staff... More
