Casa Tom is more a Boutique Hotel. There are about 10 rooms, each very comfortable, very modern. The Staff is very accommodating and helpful. Not a huge property, but very nice views from my rooms balcony. Breakfast was fine, not a buffet, but tasty. You can walk to the Center of Town within 15-20 minutes (And its downhill). All in... I understood that it isn't a 5* hotel. It isn't a hotel, first of all. So room conditions were pretty good (clean, big, nice furniture, big and comfortable bed). The lady responsible was nice and helpful. We requested to make check-in earlier if possible and she allowed it and also, we stayed in the lobby until 18:15, in the day... More

The room we stayed in was very large, we had to pick between room 4 and room 10, I strongly recommend 4. The other one had a better view but it was smaller and without bath tub, just shower. It had also an unpleasant smell. One of the things I didn't like was the fact that they turned down the... More

We stayed one night in Sinaia in Casa Tom in August 2014. Overall the place is nice, cozy and deserves a recommendation for a well-run pension. Point #1 downgrades my rating to "Average" as I can't give a "very good" for this inconvenience (others might think differently). Two points which might be helpful: 1) Please make sure you have sufficient... More

Casa Tom is a cosy B&B, their rooms are clean and confortable, some large some not as large. Reception area is pretty large, like a lounge, and they have there nice furniture where you can have a drink. The breakfast area is separate, below this reception area, also the kitchen so there is no smell of food in the hotel.... More

Nice place in Sinaia up the hill, Clean and good value for money. Service is good, The only minus: preparing breakfast ends with a smell all over the place... But this is something they will probably fix in time.

We have stayed a week end and and felt very comfortable. With large rooms, space for playing or readind in the loby (they have a loby areea at every floor), very amable staff. And the price was affordable comparing to services.

I stayed here for a weekend during this winter. The room was on the top floor and included a jacuzzi in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the hot water ran out before it could be filled up so I had to take a not-so-warm bath :( The bedroom was located above the living room and I had to climb a rather steep... More

Clean and silent place. Very friendly staff. No negative aspect observed during my stay. There are about 6 parking place in front. It is somehow difficult to find the place as on several maps (GPS) the street is missing. It seems that the street name is somewhere wrong.

The villa is nice , surrounded by forest but it is not enough to be a 5 stars villa . Hard to reach the villa at the mentioned address . Unfriendly staff and very poor service. I don't recommend this villa for families with young children . Indoor stairs unclean and slippery. No restaurant inside . The breakfast is poor... More
