One of the most beautiful places I've seen, situated in lovely surroundings. Make sure you do not miss a tour of the castle where you can see many nice things and learn about this place. I highly recommend it.

This castel is a storehouse of exquisite & priceless pieces of furniture artefacts from all over the world . Since the king is a collector he has done a fantabulous job of it . Pretty garden to go with it too . Go early before the bus load of tourist arrive coz it does get crowded & there can be... More

Must see castle! You can wait for an English tour. You pay for each floor so we only paid for the first floor tour which was about 45 minutes. You need to pay extra to take pictures. I enjoyed it. Everything in the castle was beautiful.

One of the most beautiful settings in the world, and a fine 'castle' that King Carol built. I wasn't sure it was worth the RON 50 they wanted for a tour, so we stayed outdoors and took pictures. Not exactly well-marked coming in through Sinaia from the main Bucharest-Brasov road. But worth the journey.

Impressed at the way the castle is being taken care of and kept. Tour guide so lovely and knowledgeable, future tips, either the guide needs to speak louder, as found myself having to sneak all the time closer and closer to him, or smaller groups. A lovely place to visit whilst in Sinaia.

Peles is the miniature of Schoenbrunn from Austria in Romania. A very cosy, elegant and full of history Castle in Sinaia. Worths every single moment spent there. The scenery is green if you go in the summer and white if you go in the winter. The choice is all yours

The country side was out of this world and with the castle in the background it was breath taking. We stayed at the econo mat beside the castle which was the guards quarters! Loved everything about it

Amazing architecture, unique furniture and room decorations, great location and the guide was very accurate and knowledgable. You have to wait in the queue for the tickets more than 30 minutes when they can easily open 2 tickets places so it would go faster, unfortunate it was only one. It was very crowded for august with many groups of different languages,... More

This castle has everything you want in a palace! My dream summer home. Secret passages, a room for every possible event. The detailed wood working in this place will astound even the most discerning wood carver, carpenter or artist. The collection of the weaponry is fascinating! We took the English tour with the extra floor included for 50 RON per... More
