The hotel was initially exceeding our expectations, as externally the appearance of the hotel was very disappointing, but the main lobby was quite modern. The rooms which were modern, compact and sophisticated. The hotel was average, and the price did in fact match the worth of the hotel.

Rooms are okay, but old-fashioned. Design-hotel it says. But it's never added that the design dated back to times we can't remember. Nothing beautiful, materials used are cheap and ugly, and so is everything in the hotel. Free wifi, they promise. But there's nowhere wifi in the rooms, and in the lobby downstairs crowds of people are hanging around all... More

We were interested in staying at the hotel and went to the front reception to check availability where we were greeted by quite an unfriendly lady at reception. When we asked to see a room she told us she couldn't leave the front desk (fair enough) but it was like we were bothering her. The entire hotel was deserted and... More

We ditched our booked hotel for this one as the location was important to us. We just walked in and asked if they had a room, and they did! Not fancy, but clean and comfortable! Would stay here again. The lady on the desk was wonderful. I would recommend thus hotel for those staying a night or two in nazare.

As with many "modern" hotels, things are different. There is no shower curtain (water sprays on the floor), lights go on and off via the room card key, and there is no Wi fi in the rooms, only the lounge. There really isn't a good view, but it's very close to the beach and little shops. The bed is comfortable,... More

Good parking below hotel, very nice reception, funky bright turquoise room with balcony affording an ocean view (if you stick your neck out), clean, comfortable, a little small (but how much time will you spend here), good breakfast, and 2 blocks from the beach. There's a fine heated pool on the roof shielded from the ocean breezes (quite cool in... More

this hotel was great. We had no reservation and they were able to accomadate 8 of us. It doesn't really have a view but more importantly it was really clean and modern. I wish they would of told me at the front desk that in order to make anything work electrically in the room you need to insert your room... More

This hotel is clean and modern. The room was large and clean. Stayed one night. I only had breakfast in the hotel and it was a buffet. They also brought bacon and scrambled eggs to the table. Breakfast was from 8, but they served us at 7:30 as we needed to leave to get back to Lisbon. So they do... More

First impressions of Nazare is that it is a bit brash, but it grows on you. The hotel is 100 metres side on to the beach up a main street. Two minutes to the sand. Nazare takes a little getting used to....it has a little too much tat but there is something charming and welcoming about it. Restaurants are predominantly... More
