Hello travellers, Nice Hotel with good room space, confortable, i was there in the summer and the location is awsome near historical center, the castle/fortress has a seasonal party. You can walk from hotel to the surroudings and explore. You have Tâmega River just there, in the shores you can find multiple coffes, bars and restaurants and prove the green... More

Price/Quality, Location and reception were the best things in this hotel. The internet wasn't good enought in my room. The room was very clean. Confortable and warm. Bathrrom simple but with a lot of space.

Thank you very much for your feedback about your stay. Hotel Navarras is a simple but good hotel. The team is small but always willing to help our clients. The location is great since you are only 2 minutes walking away from Amarante City Center. Hope to welcome you back in a future Oriol Juve and the Hotel Navarras team More

The Navarras Hotel excels in a couple of aspects. First, it is extremely well located, as it is just a couple of minutes walk from some of the best restaurants in Amarante. There is also various cafés, a market, and even shops nearby. Any specific need you may have will certainly be quickly solved. Second, the Hotel is part of... More

Thank you very much for your comment about your stay. We are happy to know that you enjoyed it. About the two points you mention, is true, the location is great and the packages we have with the Parque Aquatico Amarante, are great in value. About the breakfast, thank you for pointing that out, this is something that we know... More

Navarras is not a modern Hotel, but it is a comfortable and affordable hotel, very central. The staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amarante. Hotels are scarce in Amarante so options are limited.

We stayed at this hotel only one night as a stop on our way to Douro valley from Lisbon. Amarante has very little choices in terms of accommodation and this one seemed to be a decent option. Parking is available but not convenient as it is not connected to the hotel. The staff were hospitable but not very helpful. The... More

The staff is friendly and helpful in this centrally located hotel in Amaranate. Rooms are not large but clean and efficient. Breakfast is hot and cold items. I loved the breads. Located on main street with in walking distance of much of the town. Many cafes and bars.

We traveled to the north of Portugal to attend a wedding. The Navarras hotel is in a very central location in Amarante, near the historical center. The parking near the hotel is not very easy but the hotel has a car park. The rooms are clean and relatively comfortable, with a complete en-suite WC. The staff was not particularly nice,... More

We stayed in this hotel for one night. We had a family room with a double bed in one part and an extra bed + a sofa-bed in the other. There was a balcony and 2 TV sets. The hotel is located next to the old town but it stands near the road. However it was not noisy during the... More

I stayed there in june for the famous fair where they pay tribute to their patron saint gonzalo. I payed 55 euros the night. I thought it was a bit overpriced considering the rooms were old and they didnt offer free internet. On the other hand, breakfast was amazing. It was typical european style with cheese, hams... delicious!

I don't want to bad-mouth this place too much; it just turned out to be the least appealing of the five hotels we stayed at during our mini-tour of northern and central Portugal. We had intended to stay for two nights in Braga, using that as a base for day trips out (including to Amarante); however, driving into Braga on... More
