Mullingar is about in the middle if Ireland. It is not a tourist destination, but is one of the nicest Irish towns in all of Ireland. There is only one souvenir shop in mullingar (compared to dozens in other Irish cities). What you do find there are very good restaurants and shopping. Annebrook us a nice little hotel that borders... More

Being a regular customer to the hotel we have noticed the quality of the food in carvery decline over recent number of weeks. We decided to give it one last try and were even more disappointed with the quality and even the look of the food in the hot plate. "Baked beans in a shepherds pie" really!

Just had our amazing wedding here. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. From our first meeting with the incredible Niamh, every aspect of the planning was stress free. Niamh was full of contacts, help and information for us. The owner, Bertie, was fantastic to deal with also, and welcomed us warmly each time we visited. And also a special mention... More

We were stoked with our room. A group of 4 adults, we were booking our accommodation on the fly as we drove around Ireland. We happened about Mullingar and Tripadvisor sent us to Annebrook. All my feedback is positive BUT... We had a two bedroom apartment and our room backed onto the corridor. The NOISE of people just walking up... More

We stayed for one night for business event at the hotel. The event went very smoothly and was well organised. The staff of the hotel was extremly friendly, helpful and polite. The food for a business lunch was really tasty. The hotel is right in center of Mullingar so its a good point to see the small town. The quality... More

We spent the evening of my birthday in the hotel. The lady at the reception warned us, that there would be a 21st birthday party going on in the hotel that evening (unfortunately not mine) and it will be noisy! We had a nice dinner at he restaurant anyway and as we were warned the noise of the party we... More

Have just spent a nice weekend at the Annebrooke again. The staff go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. Our room overlooked the park and we were able to sit outside on the balcony enjoying the wonderful sunny, warm weather. Breakfast was nice and fresh, and they maid our milky coffee to perfection. There... More
