This is a nice hotel but has been spoiled by the introduction of a late-night disco (until 2.30am) in the bar on Friday and Saturday evenings. We stayed Friday night and after a long day travelling, wanted a quiet night's sleep before attending a friend's wedding on Saturday. Our room was on the third floor, but the sound of the... more

We were very dissapointed with the Annebrook, at first it looked lovely, the staff w ere friendly the room was nice, It was just getting to the room that was a problem, it involved a ridiculously large journey that included a trip in a tiny claustraphobic wheelchair lift, Two of us just couldn't face this and when we asked to... more

We came from all over the world for a Christening in Mullingar. Every room was clean, well furnished and well kept. All staff were helpful and very friendly. The breakfasts were excellent and lasted us all day, although the bar lunches were very tempting and good value. The evening restaurant offered a special evening and the food was scrumptious, with... more

I stayed at this hotel recently and was made very welcome from the moment i arrived. The receptionist on the desk was extremly helpful and informative. Rooms were lovely, well maintained and spacious -very modern and comfortable. Very impressed with the fact that we were looking for somewere to eat on one night of our stay and the in-house restaurant... more

This was our third stay at the Annebrook and sadly, I think it will be our last. We loved this hotel when it opened, it provided the perfect base when we came to Mullingar to visit relations. When it first opened, we gave this hotel top marks. It was lovely, the rooms comfortable and well-appointed, the staff friendly and the... more

We stayed here for a mid-week night and overall I have to say it was quite good. The location is great, right in the centre of Mullingar. The rooms are very nice and beds quite comfortable (not as AMAZING as the hotel would have you believe though!). Breakfast isn't bad, though a little disorganised. My criticism of the hotel is... more

Stayed at the Annebrook House Hotel in Mullingar recently. Good points: It's a nice newly refurbished building with good bedrooms and right in the centre of town so very convienient. Negative points: There is no leisure centre or spa here. The food on the carvery was poor and dinner was not much better. Chicken kebab starter was 3 tiny pieces... more

I have to highly commend this hotel for their hospitibility, flexibilty, communication and helpfullness and making this occassion a speial one for our whole family and guests! The venue was beautiful and the food was fantastic and no shortage. The ambience they created and the table setting was perfect I didn't even imagine it. The room for the reception was... more

Have stayed at the Annebrook a few times on business, great location with parking. However the reception is underwhelming and the bar is ok for food but not exciting. Having said that the rooms are really nicely finished and it would be a nice place for a relaxing break. Just feels a bit like an unfinished project. more
