My friends and I were eating in a nearby restaurant and asked the waitress for a place in Mullingar the might play some traditional Irish music. Well she told us to come here to the Greville Arms Hotel. O.K., well we did later that night and ordered some wings and other food. Food was good. We were all the way... More

I've stayed in pretty much all of the hotels in Mullingar at some point or another. I can say with absolute certainty that the next time my work requires I stay an overnight, I will definitely be staying in the Greville Arms again. It's in an ideal location in the centre of town, plenty of parking, the rooms are spacious,... More

Stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. The Ulysses bar is very cosy, I could get lost in here all day and forget the time! Now my room. It was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. I don't particularly like having to climb into a bath to have a shower... More

I stayed here on a business trip to meet Clients in Mullingar so chose a central location. Now I know the food here is good, but this review is based solely on the accommodation. The room I got was ok, a bit dark, and the window looked directly onto their Rooftop terrace where on a sunny evening quite a few... More

When we arrived in Mullingar we went to the Greville Arms Hotel and found that the staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was good and well-priced. The rooms were comfy, and a missing light bulb was immediately sorted. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the hotel for one night and were disappointed at the location of our room which looked out on a flat roof. The room was quite large with three single beds two of which were pushed togeather to make a double bed this resulted in a ridge down the centre which was uncomfortable. The hand basin taps were dirty and... Had a recent one-night stay here on way to a wedding. Firstly, the girl at reception was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Getting around the hotel and getting to our room was maze-like with many stairs up and down which, although adding some character to the place, would be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. The room was adequate... More

I visited the hotel for a meal on a recent visit to Mullingar with friends and was looking forward to a nice steak before heading out for a few drinks afterwards. I ordered a fillet steak and as you can imagine, it was quite expensive so you would expect it to be cooked to your liking. I ordered it medium-rare... More

A very nice hotel, with lovely staff (Annemarie), nothing was too much trouble for them. We went to see Niall Horans BRIT awards which are on display in the reception area, the Ulysses Bar was very homely and the food and staff were excellent. Breakfast was very nice and plenty of it. During our stay in Mullingar we met Nialls... More

We stayed for two nights over the August bank holiday. There was six of us two of the group found the stairs a struggled as there was no lift. This was a over sight on my end as I did not inquire about the lift when booking I just thought there would be one. The bar staff and the staff... More
