Stayed for a week while on business. Mid town location and off street parking. Good restaurant and helpful staff. And on the first floor a statue of James Joyce who visited/stayed here? In "Ulysses" young Milly Bloom was working in Mullingar so there's a literary link. And also the hometown of the late Joe Dolan and for you 1ders it's... More

I stayed in the Greville arms hotel back in August. From the second we checked in at reception until the second we checked out, the service in the Greville arms was top quality. The receptionist made us feel very welcome and reassured us that if we needed anything all we had to do was ask. The room was immaculate and... More

Stayed here a very rainy night in late March. No bother - pleasant place to be in. Food was there, beer and wine was there, everyone was nice and helpful. Clean and nice room. Only drawback was the lack of an elevator, which is understandable in an old house, but bad for an old back. All-in-all a very pleasant stay.

Stayed here overnight on a business trip. The hotel was very well priced and was excellent value for money. Breakfast was included and was worth having as it was very good indeed. The staff were more than friendly and very helpful. The hotel was beautiful and had many different styles and themes including an actual small museum. The food was... More

Nice small hotel in the middle of Mullingar town, stayed there for couple of nights, rooms were in a good size, modern for an old hotel but not very sound proof.... Pub in the hotel was very nice, pint of Guinness 4.20e, live music Fri and Sat night and good craic in general. Great bar food and good choice for... More

Stayed for 1 night, Nice bar and restaurant , Food was excellent , Had chicken curry and a full Irish next morning, Friendly staff, It's a old property , Rooms are basic and an effort has being made to update , U will probably get the same room rate for an up to date property!

i stated here last week with a group of 30 girls for a hen party. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and obliging. I could not fault them. The food was really good both the bar food and the restaurant. The hotel is nice, quirky unmatching furniture in parts but it gives a nice atmosphere. There were candles everywhere which... More

Highly recommend staying at the Greville Arms Hotel. So many friendly people & the hospitality is excellent. Could not have asked for better. Big thank you to Ann-Marie, John & Des. We will be back. Love Mullingar so much. Home to the gorgeous Niall Horan from One Direction.
