We stayed here on a stop over to Dublin. We thought having free wi-fi was a great plus but it was down while we stayed. Our room was obviously cleaned in a hurry, Dirty cups and glasses, no toilet paper, shower curtain dirty, boxes of tissues empty (looks like they were forgotten). We were nearly 30 mins waiting for breakfast... More

i booked this hotel as a stop over going to westport in july 2012. Didn't fancy the 4 hour treck at 7pm friday evening. Booked it from the reviews on tripadvisor. The good reviews that is. It was worth every cent. Great value for the money. The staff were brilliant, even though understaffed. The receptionist was the bar lady too.... More

We were attending a function and decided to make a night of it by booking in for the night, in advance, on the hotel website, which describes the hotel as 4 star. We even indicated our arrival time. We arrived, as... More

Stayed here for one night, was blown away by how cold the room was on arrival. Cold to the point where I went to reception to request a heater. The manager was lovely and immediately organised a heater, this sorted out the room but there was absolutely no heating in the en-suite and from what I could see no provision... More
